just a general consensus.

Is it better to date

A) someone you have an incredible amount in common with
or
B) someone you don't have very much in common with

whats your opinion?

Usually it can work with someone with a decent amount of similar qualities, it can also work with complete opposites; I've seen it happen. But it's usually better when you find someone with similar likes and dislikes.

It can go either way really.

A combination, at best. Some things in common, for sure.

But, yeah, some polar opposites do work, I guess.

Unusual typos:
Depends, if you want to date someone with alot in
common with you, then I suggest you should go to E-harmony.

Myself, I try to date ppl with no common things related to me.
You really wouldn't learn anything new with a person that likes the
same thing as you./:

Yesh, it's a pain in the ass... She blames me for ignoring her, when I'm the one that tries to make conversation, then has the nerve to send me a text saying "How come you're ignoring me? i thought we were going to be friends"

But anyway!

i would go for someone who i would have alot of things in common

if theres someone who i have nothing in common, i would at least want to date someone with the same ideals and goals at least, but then again thats not really "entirely opposite".

idk....its hard to sate someone thats entirely different.

Actually Aqua13 is female, it's the other way around.
But I doubt you'd date someones just like you in terms of personality.

A relationship like that would be too predictable and eventually would get stale.

For me it would be choice A. If you don't have much in common with your lover I'd imagine things would be rather boring.

I agree with Yttrxium, though. Dating someone who is exactly like you would get boring.

We need the hybrid of A and B... A.5! hah...

Nah seriously, you're right, Mars. Too much in common leaves for nothing exciting, I found
