Lol no.
Vergil was unable to defeat Mundus in DMC3 (ending) and we can assume that he used his Devil Trigger in that battle since he used it in the battles against Dante during the game as well. We also know that at the end of DMC3, Dante was able to defeat Vergil not once, but three times throughout the game.
In DMC1, Dante with his Devil Trigger was announced to be stronger than Sparda which makes him already stronger than Mundus. That being said, he was also able to defeat Nelo Angelo who we previously knew as Vergil, who had previously lost to Mundus in DMC3.
DMC4 takes place a couple of years after DMC1, and it is now safe to say that Dante is stronger than Sparda even without his DT. It's safe to say by now, Dante could obliterate Vergil without even trying. Nero on the other hand would lose no matter what. By the end of DMC4, Nero is only as strong as Dante when he was at the end of DMC3.
DMC2 takes place after all the other games, and as shitty as you guys might consider it, it's still canon. Anyway, DMC2 Dante is far older AND far stronger than both Vergil and Nero. Not only that, but Dante houses a power called Desperate Devil Trigger that when on the brink of death (lol@Danty dying), he can activate it. DDT is similar to his regular DT except it amplifies his strength, defense and speed by tenfold in comparison to his regular DT.
Also please note that this would have been unfair to Nero either way. IIRC, not many weapons can truly kill Dante and/or Vergil as it requires a vast amount of demonic power to be able to slay them. Taking this into consideration, Nero who only uses the Red Queen and Blue Rose could never be able to match skill with Dante or Vergil. Not even his Devil Bringer would do much since it only houses a small portion of Vergil's soul inside of it (most accepted theory behind Nero's DB).
tl;dr Dante > Vergil > Nero
