Destroy All Humans 2
got this game a couple of days ago, and so far, just about everything has been improved from the original.

cooler guns
more guns
co-op
better areas
more villan variety

the only gripe i have is that the human disguise can no longer be recharged by scanning minds...it has a limited time to be in effect.

any other fans of this great series? what do you like or dislike about the sequel?

Honestly, the Destroy All Humans games just seem kind of boring. I got tired of The Elder Scrolls-esque wandering around doing pretty much nothing shortly after I bought GTA: Vice City.

this person has never played Destroy All Humans, and thus should not be judging it.

anyway, destroy all humans = win. i havent played DAH2 yet, but it looks freakin badass. that sucks that there's a fixed time limit on the human disguises now. that's gonna make this game a lot harder.

i just rented it recently, havent gotten to see all the new guns yet, but there is a very fun new gun that i've gotten my hands on, called the Dislocator.

The Dislocator fires up to 2 purple discs(3 with an upgrade). these discs fly straight forward until they hit either a person or an object. whatever they hit, it attaches to the disc and starts flying through the air in all different directions. it's very good for stopping cops and tanks, since, even though it doesn't destroy them, it disables them with one hit.

i've also tried out co-op mode, which is a lot of fun. the only annoying thing about co-op is that if you get too far away from your partner, then either a green tractor beam will start pulling the two of you closer, or you'll just instantly respawn next to your partner.

some other cool things in the game are international locations, instead of just locations placed throughout the U.S., multiple obtainable landing spots for your saucer(your mothership is destroyed at the beginning of the game, so your saucer acts like this game's main menu), "free-love" which allows you to influence nearby groups of humans to forget their worries and dance like retards, "transmogging" which allows you to crush objects/cars/etc. and extract gun ammunition out of them, and "gene-blending" which allows you to combine the DNA of different kinds of people to create biological upgrades for Crypto.

just recently took a break from FFXII to beat this game....very anti-climactic ending...i have to say, i enjoyed the roboprez fight better from the first game...also, there was no set-up for a sequel like the last one had, but i wouldn't be surprised to see one...

still workin on 100%, and gettin the secret weapons...may take some time though

What's the difference other than new toys (telekinetic stuff and death rays) and some missions?

level structure, enemies, space craft use (gene splicing and such), the addition of the Arkvoodle statues and cult, and various other minor tweaks that make the game much better than the original.

plus there's co-op!
