Custom Keyblades?

Except for the part where Nomura's already clearly stated that nothing more than the first installment actually occurred to him until development of CoM and KH2 had commenced.

Conclusion: Roxas was very likely not even a loose concept by KH1's completion.

Why is there such a big deal about this when the answer is simple?

Sora and Mickey had the same keychains at the time. Nothing to do with the keyblade, the keychains are what give a keyblade a certain appearance. So Sora and Mickey having similar keychains is just a coincidence.

To me, Sora doesn't even have a personalized fighting style with a focus on any one aspect, so the KK does fit his fighting style

You forget Sky that that particular keychain "brings out the true form of their keyblades" so those are the true forms of the keyblades to the realm of light and darkness.

Edit: I think that their keyblades are special. They are the keyblades to the realm of light and darkness will TAV are just ordinary keyblades of light.

but they're not real keyblades if you look it says KEYCHAINS
