Curves Ahead

Just made this today, I was going to do a lava lamp like effect to the stock with the vectors on it, but it looked horrid so I decided not to.

That is just effing amazing. I love the work of colours.

The only critique I can give to this is that the lighting looks a little haphazard.
It doesn't bother me too much though. Really amazing job.

like jade said, the lighting is a bit strong. i also think the text is pretty awful. on the other hand what you did to the stock is just amazing.

i'm so jealous right now.

Technically, it's pretty ace. What you did with the stock is pretty nice. There are a few things that offset it, though. The yellow on the top and the effects on the left take away from the focal. It would look a ton better without that yellow stuff. The text doesn't really match with the rest of the graphic. Lastly, I don't really think it's advertisement. It's still neat as a poster, though.

Try a version with white light up top instead of the yellow haze.
