Reina nodded as the two boys introduced themselves. "I'm Reina. Nice to meet you, although it would have been better in a different situation..." She grimaced.
“Wait guys duck down!” She heard Rex say. She ducked as she saw the rest duck, scared out of her wits. Oh good lord... She thought in fear, her heart pounding painfully against her chest. It was as if she was actually in a game, except this was real. So real.
Reina paid attention to every word Rex was saying. She nodded all the while, and she was actually expecting him to request for distraction. Well, what other job will there be? They didn't really have anything else but this. She nodded for the final time and she wanted to laugh at the thought of pepper spraying the monster, if the situation was not so gloomy. Instead she ended up giving out a light pathetic chuckle, which she grimaced in her mind since she didn't intend to chuckle in that way.
"Okay, I'll do all that I can." She said. "I hope I don't end up getting terribly hurt..." She murmured to herself, worried. "I'm counting on you, my life is depending on you." She gave him a small grin and a thumbs up, although she wasn't really sure whether this was the right thing to do. She grabbed a metal pole on the ground nearby. She took a deep breath and ran towards the monster.
