Basically, create your own TV Channel. It doesn't have to have a specific theme. Just fill it with whatever you think would make it an awesome channel. My channel would include the following series:

-Are You Afraid of the Dark

-All That!(Seasons 1-2 only)
-Pokemon(Indigo League - Silver Conference)
-King of the Hill
-Kenan and Kel
-Kablamo
-Oblongs
-Kim Possible
-Foster's Home for Imaginary Friends
-It's Always Sunny in Philadelphia
-The Simpsons(Seasons 2-6 only)
-Yugioh(The original series only, NO GX ALLOWED)
-Futurama
-A few hours of Old School Toonami playing weekday evenings
