Who are anime characters you find crazy and insane?

Pretty much all of them, on some level or another.

one of my favorites, though I'm not sure if you can completely classify him.

Some other good ones are The Major and Hidan.

If so then this crazy bitch:

Next to him I'd say Kirino Kousaka from (in a comical way) in her over-obsessions with eroge games and some characters from the Higurashi series(from what I've seen at least).

I think he's got his moments where he's really wanting to kill, like when he fights Tubalcain. Other than that he's got good reason to, since he's lived so long.

but the most insane cartoomn charactors are Beavis and Butthead.
