You know the location, if not, go play the game again.

Victory Requirements - Opponent surrenders or a K.O.
Restrictions - Techniques that cause permanent damage and death. None of that.
Knowledge - I know what I don't know, you know what you don't know.

On the outlying land surrounding Konoha, Kenshi would bring Kora, his cousin, out for a quick match before they were to leave for the summit both would be attending. It was the day before they would head to that location with Lady Hokage, and it was Kenshi's idea to assess Kora's strength before that time. He did love his family, but he wanted to be certain of Kora's abilities. Otherwise he'd recommend another, perhaps even his sister Tsukiko if Kora wasn't up to snuff. As of now though, they were fifteen feet from one another, standing on the same side of land with the river just to their left flowing as it always had. It was just her, and him.

"It's been a couple months at least, hasn't it Kora? ..You know the terms. Let's begin." Kenshi would then activate his Kekkei Genkai, his eyes flaring open, the veins near his eyes becoming more apparent, as well as the iris in both eyes. He stood ready, his right palm extended forward and his right foot with it. His left hand remained hidden behind his back and his left knee bent slightly, allowing him more force to move if he had to. "Your move."

"Me first then huh? Alright, and don't tell anyone about this form... I MEAN IT!" She said, referring to the fact that she was in Sage Mode right off the bat. "Here I come Kenshi!" She charged towards him, leaping into the air just above him. Forming hand signs she then caused a torrent of water to flow from her mouth down towards him. Regardless of if he was still there the pressure caused her to move higher into the air. Forming another set of hand signs she stopped the water flow. Just as she reached the apex of her upwards momentum she fired a barrage of five water bullets down towards Kenshi. They were being held back from their usual killing potential, but still had enough power to knock someone out or break a bone if hit multiple times. Kora crashed into the river, where she waited for Kenshi's next move.

"You're a humanoid cat ..I think its a little too ridiculous for me to have anyone believe." Kenshi didn't see the importance of this new form, but if she were to use it in battle, it must serve some purpose after all. However, what made it work, he had no idea. Hopefully this fight would decide how. From the start she had chose to charge him, but Kenshi stood his ground, not making a move and expecting some form of ninjutsu from her. She was notably faster than she was before, yet didn't put it to much use. Did she think this through? above him she released a torrent of water from her mouth, making her reach greater heights while attacking him simultaneously. Doing the obvious, Kenshi would leap back, having prepared for a move like that. Coming to a stop, he did nothing yet again, his eyes focusing on her. With her next jutsu launching bullets towards him, he would immediately form a strategy once the last one was released.

This may be it already...

He balled his right fist and pointed his forefinger and middle finger towards the incoming shots. By releasing a compact, yet strong blast that he intended to be sharper yet equal in force. One. His sharpened air palm would connect with the first water gunshot, tearing it in half and resulting in both forces dissipating, the gunshot doing nothing but turning into droplets of water. Kenshi would time his next actions with precision almost unheard of, yet with his status as a jounin, it wasn't too difficult to believe. He had repeated the same action on the second gunshot, and by the third, the left hand hidden behind him would retrieve what he had planned to use, a flash bomb. Squeezing it tightly, Kenshi would intentionally move closer towards the next few shots and release the flash bomb at the very same time he would release his final air palm, destroying the third gunshot while the fourth and fifth careened towards him.

With his Byakugan, he was aware of Kora's location the entire time as she descended, and in the midst of the flash bomb falling and the last of the jutsu incoming towards his last known position, he would kick off the ground and fade from Kora's view, only for her to suddenly find herself hitting the grass instead of water like she hoped. With her back to the gunshots and the flash bomb detonating the moment she arrived where she had, Kenshi intended to blind her as soon as their positions were switched, as he was now the one descending towards the river. With the bomb going off to cancel her eyesight, and the sudden change of position she wouldn't have expected, as well as the gunshots he made sure to place himself in the path of before he moved, Kenshi landed on the river and awaited the results of his maneuver.

"Huh?" Kora was confused as she saw that she was NOT in the water as expected. She was about to scratch her head when she realized that Kenshi had switched places with her. "Son of a bi-" The water bullets can crashing down on her back, causing her to knell down in pain. She stood back up rubbing her back, thankful that in this form she could take a lot more damage. "Geez... That's REALLY annoying..." She commented, before breaking out in a sprint right at him. Leaping up she curled into a ball and launched at him like a cannon ball, upon reaching him she bounced off upwards and sent an axe kick down towards his head.

For something she brags about with the force to break bones, that did nothing serious to her ..brute force is much more useless in her new form then. Kenshi showed no surprise to Kora standing up again, but what he did show surprise to was the fact that she was doing the same thing again, rushing towards him. Standing his ground with his stance taken, palms ready, he watched her curl into a cannonball and try to tackle him. With chakra leaving his palms at a suitable rate, enough to endure the impact and friction with minimal pain, he was able to hold her back long enough to let her go into the air again, managing to sap some of her chakra at the same time.

Lightning style!

Kora intended to come back with yet another attack, but continuing to move into the air would make avoiding his attacks difficult. Immediately after seeing her leg outstretched, he thrust his left palm up towards her as she descended. "Stinging Mayhem!" small sharp and painful needles left his palm in one shotgun-like burst, and Kenshi simultaneously used his right palm to unleash an Air Palm right after it, forcing the needles to dig deeper into her skin and affect her tenketsu at random, throwing off any more potential jutsu she might attempt at this point, either making it take longer to perform or just weaker in general. Molding chakra would be a whole lot harder if the hits connected, and he didn't see why they wouldn't.

Right as Kora was about to come down on Kenshi with her attack he countered with one of his own. Electric senbon shot towards her, with an air palm right behind them. In an effort to nullify the damage she ignited her leg that was coming down on him, causing it to shoot out a wave of fire. It did little to the senbon, but it smashed into the air palm where they both snuffed out. Reaching the ground Kora jumped back away from Kenshi. Three needles had found their way into her torso, and she could feel the stinging sensation as they tried to hinder her chakra flow. It didn't really matter, after all she didn't plan on using any high level jutsu. Igniting her other three limbs she changed her fighting stance, getting on all fours in a strange feline manner. Bounding towards Kenshi she came in fast and sent a kick to his side as she moved past him, she then moved in close and sent a drop kick to his back. Before she fell through the water she planted her hands on the water, then spinning around like a break dancer and sending a flurry of kicks at him.

What is she doing? Kenshi didn't see any form of brilliance in her maneuvers, just doing whatever came to mind out of desperation. There was once a time that they were equals, but he could see now that he had long since passed her when it came to individual skill level. Igniting her limbs, she bounded towards him on all four, something he hadn't seen anyone else do outside of the Inuzuka clan. Standing ready, he would bend his knees slightly in order to better maneuver around her. To her quick kick at his side, he would counter with his slightly bent right palm, releasing ki that was enough to rebound the kick and cancel out the force, giving it no more than a light tap. Kora came around to drop kick him from behind, Kenshi spinning right around and jumping backwards to get more space from her. Without missing a beat, she begun to spin around, using her legs to attack him, the fire catching his eyes. He could go about this multiple ways but, didn't feel the need to draw it out any further. With space between them enough for him to jump, Kenshi would leap directly above Kora and spin around, his eyes revolving around her and the surface. In an instant the chakra in his tenketsu would flare and release a great amount of chakra enough to force Kora down to the bottom of the river all at once, and even split apart the land surrounding them so that it was just one large circle. Having given that rotation a quarter of his chakra, he expected the crushing force into the muck below to end this fight.

He would cancel the jutsu moments later, and the water had not fallen back into its original position. Kenshi landed a at least five feet away from where Kora's body would be centered, the aquatic walls threatening to close at any moment. Was it finally over?

As Kora was blasted down into the river she berated herself for trying to beat Kenshi in a Taijutsu encounter. She knew the risks, but at the same time she didn't want to use the other jutsu she knew as it could potentially kill him. Still... There were a few she could use. As her back slammed into the river bed she groaned in pain. She could tell Kenshi was only a few feet from her, so she had to make her next move carefully. The water around them began to crash down towards them, it looked bad, but she could use this to her advantage.

Quickly getting to her feet she formed hand signs. "Earth Style Wall!" The ground Beneath them both shot up as a pillar. It was tilted in such a way that they were both sent back onto dry land. Kora kept her distance, Preparing another jutsu. "Emperor's Burial!" A large fifty foot tall pyramid formed around Kenshi. It and even the ground under it was reinforced so that simply burrowing under was out of the question. Not wanting to give him a chance to escape she started to alter the inside. The walls inside began to morph, and poles of solid rock shot out towards Kenshi, not only threatening him with blunt damage but also threatening to hinder his movement.

That was all she had for now, but just in case he tried to get out the walls were bobby-trapped as well. If he punched the wall it would close in on his fist, and if he use a ranged attack on it the wall would shoot out more projectile rocks in the form of poles.

This jutsu ..so she's going this far to win? Kenshi thought with surprise at the lengths she'd go, but there wasn't much time to be baffled at her actions. Surrounded by rock, and with three pillars coming towards him, he began to use his intellect to his advantage and come up with a strategy immediately, bending his knees slightly as he prepared to avoid the incoming pillars that threatened to pummel him. His Byakugan served him well, and it would be difficult to surprise him in here. Earth Style is weak against Lightning Style ..I know what to do. He didn't have a lot of time. He allowed his chakra to flare from his body, its physical shape twisting and wrapping around him. Completing a short amount of handsigns, he allowed some of the majority of chakra he released to be concentrated to his feet, and at the very last possible second, was able to kick off at an impressive height.

The pillars avoided, he soared towards the very tip of the pyramid. Having only used his Apocalyptic Uplift technique on himself a few times. This was one of the cases where he was glad he used it on himself, and now in danger of crashing against the roof of this trap, he began to rotate with the force he'd use for his Forbidden Technique, which greatly exceeded the amount necessary for his Rotation technique. A much more dense and powerful Rotation would clash with the very tip of the pyramid. Simultaneously his Rotation would take on a Lightning nature, rather than a Pure one. Concentrating all the tiny senbon-like needles above him with rates that were double the usual amount, his velocity and his type advantage would allow him to eat away at the rock preventing him from escape.

It was not too long before it gave way, and with the rotation preventing reformation of the rock as he went higher, Kenshi was able to escape and see the light of day once more. However, instead of engaging Kora like he wanted, he flipped backwards and slid down the pyramid for but a moment before kicking off of it and landing on the opposite side of the river. He was able to regain the chakra lost due to his own unique ability, and by insuring his hands were close enough to the nearby walls so that he may run his hand near with only a few inches apart, was able to steal chakra as he spent it. He lost nothing and gained nothing at the same time, nothing but fatigue.

Hitting the opposite side of the river, he knelt down and panted, trying to gather air and ignore the slight burning of his own arms. He escaped the Pyramid, but before he could counterattack, he needed a moments reprieve.

Now she's getting annoying...

The top of her pyramid blew off, and Kora lifted her hands from the side of it as Kenshi escaped. She'd have to ask him how he did that later, though she guessed it involved his rotation. Gripping her sword she prepared for a counter attack by him, however one didn't come. Instead he slid down the opposite side, noticeably draining chakra on his way. He was now on the other side of the river, looking visibly fatigued. "Chance!" Kora formed her hands to prep a jutsu, but stopped as she realized she was about to kill him in a violent and fiery death. Geez... Holding back sucks, but I don't want to hurt him too badly.... High damage ninjutsu was out of the question, but that didn't mean she was out of options. Eying the flora behind Kenshi she reached out her arms.

A tree behind Kenshi suddenly shifted, and it's branches shot out and threatened to wrap around his body. There were five in total, and they should at least hold him long enough for her to land her next attack. Charging forward she sent a straight punch to his torso with enough force to knock him out if it landed, if she missed her nature chakra was prepared to extend her reach further. Jumping back two feet from him she molded chakra in her hands. Utilizing her other 'aqua guard' jutsu water formed around her hands into the shape of an over-sized hammer. "Heh-heh, pretty cool huh?" She said with a grin as she swung the solid water hammer into Kenshi in a diagonal manner.

Here she comes! Kora performed a handsign but ended up stopping, probably because she was forgetting this was not a battle to the death. This bought him time to prepare, and he reached into his back pouch for a kunai among other things in his left hand. His fist was balled tightly around his kunai handle and he was sure to conceal the other item in his posession before the flora behind him came to life. While he could have sworn he was on the side with a cliff to his back, he forgot that there were still some trees nearby. Despite his Byakugan, having forgotten her ability to somehow manipulate nature as she did failed him and resulted in his torso and his arms being held. He still managed to hold onto his items well enough, but Kora was already moving in to take the advantage he made so obvious to her before. She was foolish to count him out like she did, and he already had a plan in mind to end things. His arms still burned, but hopefully he could pull it off.

Charging from across the river, it gave him time to both expel chakra into the ground beneath him and prepare to endure her attack. When she came to throw it towards his torso, he kicked at her arm with his right foot and threw it of course while in the meantime preparing to free himself by expelling chakra around his torso and arms. The expelling of her chakra still managed to connect with his side and knock the breath from his body. The force dragged him back a foot or two and he quickly tried to regain his bearings. He only had one chance at this, and it was up to these next hits to finish this battle for good. Her exterior could take a hit, but she couldn't train her internal system to take his blows.

Gathering the water for her hammer to take form, he was busy making certain his chakra was dispersed below the ground evenly. He was accurate, and made certain her hammer was reared up to its maximum height before it fell. Dropping the kunai, he instead flicked the two of his flash bombs that he kept hidden in his left hand and, using his fingers only, made sure to trigger them with a sharp and compact air palm when they were just inches from her eyes. Shutting his own, Kenshi would trigger his chakra to flare around his arms and torso to give him room to free himself from that hold, and lastly, the chakra he let pour beneath them would raise both of them up. A blinded Kora spinning around out of control with a newly freed Kenshi who was putting all his strength into this next series of attacks.

Lifting the both of them up at the same height above the ground below, he would approach her twirling body while her sight was gone. Grabbing her shoulder, he would begin to send the both of them back to the ground. Holding onto her, he began to initiate his 128 palms, hitting her chest, arms, thighs, everywhere in reach. "2 Palms! 4 Palms! 8 Palms! 16 Palms!..32 Palms!" By the time he reached that mark, Kora's back had already hit the ground and he was free to use both his hands to strike her repeatedly while her body twitched and hit the ground hard repeatedly, enough that a dust cloud was beginning to form around them."..64 Palms!" unbelievably, his hands weren't able to be kept up with at this point and he was hitting every single point twice to ensure her muscles and chakra would fail her while he crouched over her. With the second to last strike, he hit her hard enough with his fingers that she kicked back up from the ground and her body was raised a few feet into the air, leaving him to leap over her and push against her back to lift her up to her unsteady feet.

Rotating in front of her while she still faced the opposite side of the river he would finish the last assault he would bring her with a strike so powerful the delay was at least three seconds until her body would register what happened. "Eight Trigrams 128 Palms!" immediately the velocity of the strike would reach her and, combine it with and air palm to seal the deal. Her back would crash against the cliff and clear the dust his strikes had left in the area. "Don't get up." he turned his back to her. At least one of his arms was unusable from here, and he placed 80% of his overall chakra into striking her, but blasting her into that cliff to knock her out for good.

If she was somehow conscious. If she could somehow take all that he gave her. If she could even open her eyes after all of that, then she deserved to win. He'd let her win this fight. It would have been over a long time ago if it was to the death, but luckily it was not.

Catching his own breath, he allowed his Byakugan to rest. If she could pull herself free, he'd hand it to her. There was no reason to continue it any more. If she could defend herself despite how blinded she would have been from those bombs, well, it was good for her. His side still ached from her strike and he had had it for today. He held his breath to see if she could endure 128 strikes of internal pain and still continue.

Just as Kora was about to bring the water hammer down on Kenshi her Kekkei Genkai picked up on chakra gathering down by her feet. She could sense that it was of the wind nature, what that meant she wasn't sure. Once again her close range attack had failed, it really was pointless for her to even try it against Kenshi. Though the really frustrating part was that there was hardly anything she could do about that. All of her other jutsu were meant for killing her target, not binding them. She let the hammer liquefy as she decided to switch to a defensive position. The water wrapped around her like a silk sheet, waving and rippling around her. It was then that two small round objects were tossed in front of her face. BOMBS!? She raised her arms to protect her face, bracing for an impact. However as she heard the bombs explode she was instead hit with a flash of bright light. Her arms placed over her face provided some protection, but her eyes were still open and therefore affected.

Her vision now almost useless she was caught off guard when the chakra below her erupted upwards, sending her and Kenshi vertical. There was a lot of momentum attempting to off balance her, but she was better than that. The water covering her body rippled, and flattened around her to act as a wing suit. With this she was able to quickly straighten herself in the air. Well now that was taken care of, all she had to worry about now was what he was planning on doing to her next.

"2 Palms!" She suddenly heard him yell. Kora's face tensed as the first two blows hit her, causing a sharp pain. she couldn't let him keep hitting her like that, if he did then it would wreck her chakra system, and not just for the normal reasons. The last time her chakra system was shut down her Kekkei Genkai went haywire. She couldn't let that happen again. Manipulating the water once more she formed it to her front where the blows would come. Kenshi's attacks worked by him forcing in his own chakra into her that would damage her internally, her Kekkei Genkai had a way of protecting her from this to a degree. The water around her started to glow a pale green as she infused it with her own nature chakra. The blows came in towards her, and Kenshi's chakra clashed with the chakra placed inside the water causing a small impact each time. This continued until the last few blows, and by that time most of the water had been blown away. It was crude, and she still was hit by his physical blows, however her chakra system was pretty much safe.

"Eight Trigrams 128 Palms!" Well... She had forgotten that Kenshi managed to extend the 64 palms, this was going to sting a bit... Well actually it was going to sting a LOT. She still couldn't see at this point, everything appeared as shaded silhouettes. Her body had been knocked about quite a bit, and at this moment she could barley make out Kenshi's figure in front of her. She was going to be hit, there was nothing she could do about that but try to brace herself. Brace myself... Can I really do that?... Wait! Her mind hatched a plan. His attack was going to shut off her chakra system by closing off multiple flow points. What if she accelerated her chakra flow beyond it's normal limits? Her nature chakra would be flowing throughout her, acting as an internal barrier that wouldn't allow ANY other chakra to be forcibly entered. It was just a theory, as she had no idea how the two chakra types would really interact with each other. It was a gamble!

Acting out the plan her body flared up with her signature green aura, literally pouring out of her eyes as if she were leaking neon light. With that she was ready to take the attack, or so she thought. As soon as the first blow hit her she noticed something was wrong. She wasn't being harmed internally from Kenshi's chakra, however each blow was hitting more than twice as hard. This was the unpredictable result she was afraid of, every time her nature chakra clashed with his it caused a miniature blast of chakra that radiated throughout her whole torso. At the end of his attack she was sent flying into the cliff face, her body becoming lodged inside of it.

"....owww." Kora moaned, her eyes still shut thanks to the flash bombs. Her entire body hurt, and all she could think of was how much she wished Kaede was here. With Kaede there helping her she never felt tired, and pain was just a word to her. Kaede wasn't here however, so she would have to deal with this pain alone. Straining her muscles she dislodged herself from the cliff face, then falling six feet onto her front. The impact made her cringe in pain as she noticed both her arms had become disjointed. She forced herself onto her back so her face wasn't in the dirt, and then lifted her body so she was in a sitting position.

"Kenshi!!" She yelled. "I don't want to continue this... I don't know about you but I'm done, I don't feel like breaking any bones today..." She sighed, as her Sage mode dissipated and her feline features vanished.
