Wouldn't have been nice if the Kh design team Create an extra room (The Chamber of Awakening)
where you could find Ven in a coma IN KH:re:com HD? and sora could've tried to wake him up or could've said something like "someone is sleeping in here" or even wonder who it is, i mean either way Sora would've ended up having his old memories back in the end. this is something i thought would've be nice as an additional easter egg for those who will play it and is new to the series or fans that are familiar with it already. its kinda like When Xigbar saw Xion as Ven in one of the scene in KH:358/2 Days.

It doesn't really work from a plot standpoint. Only Aqua is able to locate to find the Chamber of Awakening where Ven sleeps. Sora can't access it.

Xion takes the form of an individual connected to Sora whose memories of are strongest of the one looking at her. In that moment, Xigbar's memories of Ven resonated stronger than anyone else's, leading to her taking on Ven's appearance in Xigbar's eyes. It's not an Easter Egg, though it definitely is very interesting!

It's a little too blunt and tied into the plot for an Easter Egg, those are usually subtle references, like in the Secret Place for instance you find a bunch of cave drawings that hint at things the characters couldn't possibly know of because it's more for the player.

First, the Castle Oblivion team of Organization XIII went there to search for the Chamber of Waking, right? Well, if Sora could just stumble upon it... then how did the Organization miss it?

Second, Sora is holding Ventus's heart, and we have no idea how that would/will go down if/when he's found.

It'd be kinda cool, yeah, but it'd also needlessly complicate things. (Some people already complain about plot holes in the series, though I've yet to find one.)

I guess i didnt think of that either about Sora even being near him too, plus easter egg was a bad choices to words to choose for the this thread my bad, what Ruran said is what i meant to say by easter egg is Subtle Reference, and again my bad on that part.

Well if Sora goes into that Room that requires a key to rewards and they add in that door to the Chamber of Waking, just so you can take a tiny peek at it but not go in, then I'm cool with it.

Besides, It's not like Sora's is going to remember that experience when he leaves Castle Obilvion.

I think the most logical easter egg would be something like Sora's heart that is housing Ven's being affected by the fact that it is once again the same world of its original body. Sora could make note of that at most, but I don't think he should be told of Ven's existence by this point in the story.
