that bit at the end saved the whole episode for me. Maybe I was a little shallow watching it, but I was expecting to laugh a lot more

Yeah, it didn't seem as good at the premiere to me either, but I didn't watch it as intently.

The premiere killed. NBC might finally have a show that doesn't suck on their hands.

So, I missed most of the episode tonight since a storm rolled through and knocked out the satellite signal, but what I did see (from the beginning to a bit after Abed's father showed up) was fantastic.

This week was awesome. I wanna feel sympathetic towards Abed, but then he goes back to normal (sort of) and it's like "wait, what happened?"
A lot fun with this episode.

I watched the pilot, it seemed pretty good. Hulu has (so far as I know) all of the episodes up, so I'll probably watch them all today.

Yeah, this was my least favorite episode. I don't really have anything against him, but I just did not like him at all tonight. I imagine that they wanted him to be intentionally unlikable, but he wasn't even funny.
