Data Sora’s adventure in the Data Worlds of Jiminy’s Journal

The story is nearing its climax!
Episode 6 to be released in November!

What does Maleficent want? And what is happening with Riku!?
The sorceress Maleficent has suddenly appeared in front of Sora in the Data World. Then, something strange happens with Riku. Now Sora will be heading into enemy territory all alone!

Sora: “Was it you who stole the path?”

More and more I get the feeling that Mickey's letter just talks about Pete and Maleficent being back.

Also seems to hint that this is the penultimate world.
Either there's an entire batch of other Disney worlds (which I doubt) or we may just get one more (Disney or original, new or old...).

Maybe they might introduce a new one like how CoM introduced TWTN. But then again it wouldn't make sense seeing as Jiminy never wrote about it...

If this is the before-last world, what happened to the scene in Neverland from the trailers? There are tons of scenes that still haven't taken place...

Maybe the last world in The End of The World, and that portal area to all the other worlds lets us see what happened there in more detail. Like the scene between Sora and Mickey in Traverse Town. Hmm...

It's unconfirmed, but probably only one. Possibly two, but I wouldn't count on it.

Although, I really wouldn't put it passed Nomura to segment the final-Episode into a few individual 'parts'... XD

KH2 worlds wouldn't make sense.

The point about Riku in Neverland is a bit boggling.
All the worlds that were expected to show up showed up, and yet what about those early scans of Riku and Kairi in Neverland?
I suspect they might have dropped it.

If anything, I think we'll be getting one more, as I said. Could be a surprise return (The End of the World, Castle Oblivion), though there's always room to throw in something new (eg through Ven's memories or some kind of "bug" world).

It would make sense though given the letter.
It's a pretty good guess that Mickey's letter at the end of KH2 involves some discovery which will be revealed in coded.

Some big spoilers like "Ho shit, Sora, Xehanort's back blah blah" would be an odd way to lay the foundation for KH3. Even more odd considering that Nomura was at one point considering to release the content of the letter. I don't think he'd be that open to revealing something big.

Really, it would just work into KH3 better. SRK are back on the island, then they get a letter talking about Maleficent and Pete being up to their old antics again.
And from there the real plot unfolds.

Above all else, I don't think Riku would be grinning at Xehanort returning.

I thought Jiminy had two journals with him at the start.

I was under the impression that KH1/CoM were both written in the same journal, so that the other was KH2, but I could be wrong. Either way, there's no reason for Jiminy not to have the second journal for use.

um why are people talking about a last world? what happened to worlds like halloween town, atlantica and Neverland? they were in kh1 so why do people assume that it wont be shown?

The fact that they are already at Hollow Bastion points to it being near/at the end. Could be wrong, though.

I doubt we will see more than one world after Hollow Bastian. It wasn't really important to show Atlantica, Neverland etc. seeing as the plots of the worlds don''t really have importance to the overall story, sort of like CoM.

EDIT: BTW, the person who posts the coded videos at Nico Nico Douga is still in OC. So if we need more precise info, we just have to wait. I'll give you the updates ASAP, 'cause I'm an Asian living in Asia.

An episodic game can end at any point, and it makes oodles of sense for coded to wrap up just before the release of BbS in Japan.

Really, the main plot of coded has been sluggish in development. Not much happens, which to me suggests that they're just drawing the whole thing out and could end it at any time.
The big question is about who wrote that entry, and why. There are no loose ends coded needs to bring together, this isn't something that should have to take multiple episodes.

The biggest indicator that this is the end should be what the magazine says.
In the section with the caption of Mickey asking how many worlds are left that need to be debugged, they ask "Is the adventure nearly over?!"
They obviously know something.

And with Hollow Bastion wrapping up the list of worlds that we knew would be visited (based on those which appeared on the screen at the beginning), it's fitting.
