wow thats the hardest question thats crossed me all day. id also have to say tie. honestly it would be like the coolest battle EVER!

Cloud has a Slow but Powerful blade.. But if He attacks Leon and he dodges, Cloud would most likely deflect his slash after and use OmniSlash owning him.. Cloud has the better desision for me.
