Okay, people, I'm getting this thing started once again. Since the previous theme fell flat, I'm just going to forget about it and go with something else. Instead, I think we'd go with this for the theme: Life.

Capture and express it however you see fit, with any interpretation you please.

Guys, this is still going, to those who assume it's dead. I see a comment like this:

Reminds me of the COTW that was going on, but stopped before I could really get into it.

And I wonder, why not submit characters to keep it going? This relies on the section members' participation, and without it, nothing will happen.

Too bad my OC's theme is the shield, so I'm screwed until that theme shows up xD

There's nothing wrong with that! Pretty much all the entries here have been with characters recently created for the competition with little to no outside use, not to mention most people here roleplay with more than one character and so don't have equivalents to your "My OC". Besides, maybe I'm misinterpreting you, but there's a difference between a character having a shield as their piece of signature gear, and being created around the idea of the shield.

Like I said, I'll just wait until that theme shows up before I submit my Primary OC xD
And no, you're not misinterpreting anything. He is created around the idea of the shield. His title is "Guardian" for starters xD
