You'll have to become a Premium member first (achieved my making 1000 posts) and request for a name change, then.

1) Get 1,000 post by NOT spamming.

2) Think of a name you will love. Remember you only get ONE name change.

3) Go to the VIP Section

4) Click the Stickied thread

5) Fill out the template

6) Wait

Honestly make a new account if you want to change your name. I know it's generally frowned upon, but it's better than having to wait 1 billion years to get 1, 000 posts.
