A'ight, like we've been talkin', here're the rules and setting;

Setting:
A cityscape, buildings reaching high into the sky, around midday. Cars are busy in the streets with the lunch rush and pedestrians are jogging and speed-walking to their destinations. The technology is about the same as modern day's, perhaps back a bit to before this whole 4g thing. The surroundings are fairly basic. Some forestry and the hints of hills rolling off into the distance as the metal and concrete civilization melts away.

Rules:
1. This is a mid-power battle, meaning no moves that can cause insta-doom. Also, nothing too insane like control of time or space.
2. This battle isn't a death-match. This. Is. Sparring!
3. Just for kicks and giggles, some flashy stuff is allowed. Just nothing too out there. XD

I'll have my template up soon, hopefully.

Name: Tai Kamiya

Age: 19

Appearance: Tai stands at about five feet nine inches, has thick dark brown hair that is combed into spikes similar to anime characters, though not as spiky. He has bright blue eyes that seem to look like the ocean on a clear sunny day.

His face is well rounded, some calling his head an almost perfect circle, though there is no such thing as a perfect circle. His lips are relatively thin, tips of his front two teeth protrude from them when he smiles, and when he's sad it almost looks like he has no lips at all.

His torso is well built, due to his training from his grandfather and other different training that he had taken, making his body well toned from the amount of training he had put into it. His chest is flat, as well as his stomach, his legs are slightly muscular and give off the hint that he might of taken up running for some time as the muscles can be easily seen when he wears shorts.

For clothing, he wears leather armor that is light enough to wear and strong enough to withstand a few slashes from his opponents. His lower torso contains a black belt studded with small stars. He wears black pants, with a dragon design on the right leg and a phoenix design on the left. He wears on his feet socks with sandals.

Weapon: Though its modern day, Tai was trained by his grandfather to use a sword, which he is willing to use. Its a broad sword, about five feet long, and heavy enough that he can hold it with one hand, and do damage still. Its hilt has inscribed on it his name.

Personality: Tai is a very social person, though this sometimes lands him in trouble, such as the situation he is in now. Living in this city has caused him to get into many fights where he had to take his training into real life situations.

Not one to run from a fight that's necessary, Tai tends to give it his all even during spars with opponents. He isn't a bad sport and knows when he is beaten, his honor is only injured when the fight was won using dirty tactics and tricks. Once this happens he won't hesitate to reclaim it back.

Tai tends to focus more on his opponents movements, then to his own. Usually causing him to make a mistake every now and then, but this also gives him an advantage as he can possibly calculate his opponents moves, though the chances of that happened are slim.

Abilities: Tai has the ability to control air, to a degree that is. When dodging, he can put more distance between him and his opponent by making the friction on his feet less and push himself backwards with his hand,(the medium of his ability).

Not only can he use it to dodge but if he compresses it enough, he can push himself into the air. For example, if he does a back flip to dodge, in the moment where his head is directly towards the ground, he can compress the air to push himself higher so as to give him a slight chance of not failing at the flip.

He can also redirect his opponents attacks. Though not always, he can manipulate other elements,(Such as electricity or fire). Though this requires a lot of compression of the air around him that he rarely uses this. For example, say a fireball came at him. He could take the air around the fire, spin it around him and fire it back at the person, though this takes a great strain on his mind and body.

Tai also can use a neat little move called side-stepping. He uses this ability by using the wind under his feet and forces it to move him forward along with his own speed, causing him to go faster than he normally could.

Name:
Unknown

Aliases:
Mecha, Metal, Meta.

Host:
Unknown

Appearance:
Mecha stands at an exact height of five feet five inches, not counting its ears. It is a stark black, mettalic, being, made out of an unknown metal with magnetic properties. Its 'ears' are two , foot long, cylinders that levitate at the back of its head, the tip of the cone pointing towards the 'skull' while the broader ends are accompanied by two, also floating, spheres, all of the same metal. The head is an egg-shape with the rounded point going forwards, almost like a snout, with a hexagonal white spot in the center of what one could assume to be its forehead. Its 'eyes' are two red half-diamonds, angled into what appears to be a constant glowing glare.

Mecha's body has a feminine build although it has no known gender. It has two legs and two arms, much like most bipedal creatures, along with a diamond shaped 'tail' that is levitated through magnetism just like its 'ears'. Its forearms are cone-shaped, connected by the rounded point to its upper arms. It has three triangular fingers that are connected in a circular pattern at the bottom of the cone, the center of the broad end curving inwards with a hole in the middle.

The hind-legs of mecha are somewhat animal-like, three-toed feet with the heel raised off of the ground when standing, although it has a noticable knee joint. Although it does come off as a machine, smooth curves can be seen on its arms and legs, along with its torso and waist.

Personality:
Mecha doesn't really seem to have much of a personality, its speech limited to only a few, computerized, phrases and its movements so inorganic. Don't underestimate this being's intelligence, however. For, as soon as you begin to believe that it is only as aware of its surroundings as a computer is of a desk, you'll have a car smacked into your face.

Abilities:
Mecha is able to create and manipulate electricity, gaining the energy from an unplacable source within itself. This manipulation is limited to a 10 yard radius. That is, if Mecha is adding or taking energy from its surroundings. The power of a given charge is dependant upon the time-frame between attacks, as Mecha appears to need at least five seconds to even get another small burst.

Another trait of Mecha's is the ability to generate magnetic feilds around itself, with the same, exact, measurement of a ten yard radius as its limit. These fields can create zones where some senses, such as balance, are distorted, as well as enable this alien machine the use of tossing metal objects.

History:
Both N/A and Unknown.

Tai didn't know if it was just his bad luck that day, or simply fate that had brought him here to this rooftop. Sure he had been prepared knowing that what he had done a few days ago would lead to some sort of consequences but why did he have to fight someone? It seemed kinda fruitless especially since according to whomever sent the letter regarding the rules of this fight, it was a spar not a death match.

Tai leaned against a metal vent, his sword leaning against his right leg, waiting to be used against whatever opponent its user needed to fight. Tai crossed his arms and sighed. Sure he had been there only a few moments but the thing with Tai was that he got bored quiet easily, such was his nature. Or was it just this one time thing?

In any case, Tai changed positions, his right leg now straight and his left crossed. His arms still crossed over his chest. Time was ticking, and he really wished that this fight, spar, thing would be done so he could continue existing in his own world, such as going to see a movie, or talking to his grandpa over the phone.

A slight breeze blew across his face, a thing that comforted Tai and brought a bit of a shiver to his body's warmth. He closed his eyes hoping that when he opened them again, his opponent would be standing in front of him. Yes, he was the kind of person to just let that happen. Or maybe he was just tired?

In any case, his eyes were closed and he waited a bit more for his opponent.

Heights were something that scared these odd... 'humans' for some reason. It was strange for the fact that they were the ones building this high, making such heights acheivable to any of their numbers. Conservation of resources stated that it'd be far more efficient for underground complexes to be more dominant, as it used less material and left less room, when used efficiently, for injuries within the living parties. Thought processes were being wasted on such inspection, change of focus.

The current objective was to locate, label, and either leave or eradicate. So far, Subject had come in contact with several other beings with abnormal abilities, three of which from Base and one who was an all around anomaly. As of yet, this new Test showed promise to be yet another anomoly, something Subject needed to study.

Locating Target;
Test #0005

The red, slanted, eyes scanned each building as the head slowly turned, examining each and every structure until its sights fell upon one that held the signs that it was looking for.

Anomolous Test Detected;
Confirm?

With a leap and a crackling hum of magnetic force and static, Mecha leapt through the air and landed squarely on the edge of the brick building, standing in a straightened mechanic rigor.

"Name; Tai Kamiya. Confirm?" The eyes roved up and down the male's figure, the voice coming from the center of the creature rather than where any 'mouth' would be. Negatives and positives ran against an internal registry of all previously sighted flora and fauna, stopping in milliseconds upon a matching face. "Confirmed."

Raising its right arm, Mecha gathered a small ball of electric energy in its three-fingered fist. "Prepare for Test #0005.
3.
2.
1.

Protocal Initiated."

The ball of concentrated static shot forward, aimed to strike just next to Test:Tai.

Now he heard something come up to the roof, though it wasn't the door the he had used to get here, oh no. It sounded similar to something jumping down from the air onto the roofs flooring, most likely leaving a dent in the roof. Sucks that this building was an apartment complex. Good thing Tai didn't live here.

Soon an almost mechanical sound began to mutter things, numbers, weird sounds, and soon a sound almost like electricity was being put into the atmosphere. Soon enough Tai was greeted to a mechanical being, something he had never seen before, standing before him, its arm with three finger like things aimed at Tai. No, that wasn't right. It was aimed right next to Tai. Tai looked over to his right and saw a large scorch mark that could of been his head had he been not paying attention.

This made him jump slightly, as he could of swore that it had muttered something, though if it did it wouldn't make any sense to Tai. Grabbing his sword and leaning it against his right shoulder, Tai tried touching the scorch mark.
"Wow, that's some juice ya shot at me." Tai said staring at the mark. It was still warm to the touch. Turning back towards the machine like thing, he changed his stance to one of a bit more serious. Slightly slouching his back, Tai leaned forward, his sword in his right hand, balancing the metal blade.

"If your the thing I have to fight, then so be it. But it seems you want more than a spar. Fine by me. Wouldn't be as much fun if you held back." Tai chuckled at himself before putting his right foot a bit farther back. In a simple movement, Tai began to move towards the machine thing, using his own speed to test how fast the thing was. His sword swung in a large arc towards the machine.

Subject was pleased that Test did not run away upon introduction like previous Tests. The last anomoly had actually ran for cover from Subject, taking shelter with another Being which had made a situation all too bothersome for Mecha to have finished anything. With the promise of a good run through several Strategies at the least, Mecha was going to enjoy this.

Protocal Initiated
Strategy Foxtrot-8
Dodge/Counter.

Stepping back, the black machine appeared to fall off the side of the building, avoiding the Test's attack. A sound, much like the hum of a fridge or something similar, rang through the air. If Tai Kamiya had believed that Subject had simply ran off, the Test would be surprised upon looking. Mecha, through use of its magnetic feilds, had managed to stick itself upon the steel railing of a couple windows, standing at an impossibly side-ways angle as it looked up, still rigid in form.

Leaning back slightly into gravity, Mecha kicked upwards and up back onto the rooftop. With a spin, the alien thing swept its right leg out for a kick directed at the Test's face. It wasn't aiming to kill him, of course. Simply see where this would go.

The sword only hit air, and as if it was going in slow motion he saw the Mecha machine thing fall of the side of the building. Tai stumbled from his attack and after regaining his balance he wanted to know if the thing did that on purpose or it really ran away. Looking over the edge of the building, Tai was greeted with his answer.

The machine was standing there on the side of the building, looking like it had just taken a few steps down as casual as it could be. That and it seemed to be emitting a noise similar to an annoying hum that old refrigerators emitted. It vibrated throughout his head, as if it was some sort of catchy tune. But I digress, as soon as Tai stepped back from the edge the machine began to act again.

It appeared a few feet above Tai's head, aiming what looked like a foot at Tai's face. He should of predicted that a counter-attack would happen but he didn't and instead took the full blunt of the kick, his entire body flying backwards. As his mind began to process what happened, he stuck his right hand out to balance himself out. Soon enough he was skidding across the roof-top, a decent ten feet away from the machine. He was leaning forward stopping the momentum of the kick with his wind ability.

Standing up, Tai wiped away a bit of blood that had appeared on his lip. He could taste the copper that was his blood. Taking a stance similar to the last one he had used, he began to concentrate. This thing wanted to fight him for real, and it was using all of its abilities, so as to fight him. He would use the same and hopefully this fight would end up in his favor.

Slowly he began his advance towards the machine, gathering the wind into his feet, he began to gain momentum and soon was charging at the machine at speeds that many runners wish they could go at. He began to zig-zag slightly so as to possibly confuse the machine, and when he had reached a point that he had made for himself, which was four feet away from the thing, he used his speed to jump straight up into the air, the momentum pushing him forward still as he began to descend towards the machine, his sword in a position that if it came down would slice through human flesh. He swung his sword down with all his might, hoping that he might land a hit.

Mecha landed with a dull clunk after its kick struck the Test's face. Test skidded back until they regained control of their motion. The machine-being watched carefully for any signs of what this anomaly's abilities would be.

Test appeared to be doing something with the air currents around their feet, using the pressure to alleviate the needed effort to sprint and gain an increase in speed. Test zigged left and right before leaping, causing Mecha to lean back to keep him within its sights. The blade swung downwards and struck metal with a loud bang.

Mecha held the steel tip of the sword between its hands, red eyes staring straight into the face of Tai Kamiya.

Protocal Initiated

Electricity built up from its hands and were sent into the metal of the blade, making it drone with the energy of it. In a flash of light, arcs of the power jetted out towards the Test's hands, just powerful enough to burn if he wasn't careful.

Though the hit land, Tai stood in mid air, the blade being held by the Mecha. It seemed that everything that he used wouldn't work. That's when he noticed the small amount of energy built up in the blade. He had only seconds before he was burned. Kicking off from the Mecha, Tai flew backwards a couple feet, his sword still emitting energy, but not as much.

Tai landed his hands still feeling as if they might of been burnt. He looked up at the Mecha and stood up, walking over to his sword which was still emitting electricity. He looked at it for a moment then stared at the Mecha.
"So, that's one of your abilities eh?" Tai said smirking a bit even though his hands hurt. He gripped the hilt of the sword tighter. The pain in his hands wasn't unbearable but it hurt quite a bit.

"I don't know why they sent a machine to fight me but..." Tai said looking down at his hands before looking back at the machine.
"I will defeat you!" With that Tai rushed the machine as fast as he could trying to see if he could surprise the darn thing. Right before he reached the machine, he used the greatest amount of air in the vicinity to get behind the machine. To it, it might have looked as if he disappeared, but really he was going at such a speed with the wind in his feet that it seemed to him that time slowed down.

Appearing behind the darn thing, he put his hand to its back and smiled, hoping that the amount of pressure in his hand that wasn't burnt would be decent enough to hurt the thing. He pushed with all his might, with the power of the wind, and used it as a weapon against the Mecha.

Subject had expected Test to evade the brunt of the attack, allowing the kick that came at it to thunk on its chestplate as Test leapt back. Test seemed to be catching on to what the Subject could do. #005's resilience to the electro-shock he was surely feeling from the blade was commendable, an effect from his anomalous standing or forced human behavior at work?

Whatever the cause, Test bolted forward, this time with enough speed to avoid Mecha's main sights and pop up directly behind it. Pressure senses indicated Test was applying one of its hands against its back, gathering energy from an unknown source and pooling it through air particles. Anomaly or one of Them?

The blow struck and Mecha found itself being pulsed forward and into one of the neighboring buildings, cracking the walls and breaking around two windows. The machine sat still for a moment, clung to the wall through the remaining force of the blow, and then pried its arms from the structure, turning its black head to stare at Tai with its red eyes.

"New Game."

Its right arm raised, left hand grasping the elbow to support its aim, and Mecha poised its aims straight at the Test. The electric hum of a generator started and at the center of its 'palm' a faint light was beginning to form. The humming grew louder until a large orb, around a foot in diameter with jetting arcs of energy all around it, was held in place by Mecha's magnetic forces.

"Begin."

The shot was released, an explosive charge made to expand and release its energy upon contact with a solid object. Not even a blink of an eye after that, Mecha was already up and out of the spot where it'd been blasted into, heading right for Tai Kamiya with intents to see just how far he could go.

It worked, thankfully. Tai stood there slightly happy that attack had made a mark in his opponent. But as most good things come, it had to come to an end. He began to notice a loud humming sound coming from the direction of the Mech. Looking at it from his position he saw what looked like a bright light being held in its hand.

Seeing that this probably wasn't a good thing, Tai held his sword in a defensive position, hoping that if anything else, he could stop whatever was about to be aimed at him. Soon he got his answer with a large explosion like sound and the light coming towards him at crazy speeds. It hit the blade of the weapon full force, causing Tai to slide backwards at least a decent five feet. With the dispersion of the light, he noticed the Mech was almost upon him again, preparing to at least gain some distance from the thing so as to get to a better advantage point, Tai began to run towards the nearest building, using the wind to propel himself upwards.

He was no coward but the building he was on was too low and didn't give him much room to use larger attacks against the thing. He saw a building a few blocks away, its height at least a decent ten stories. Hoping the Mech would follow he began his short trip to the building.

Test #5 now appeared to be set on avoiding Subject's advances, taking cover through distance so as to, hopefully, avoid its attacks. Mecha would not allow such an anomaly to get away so easily. There were still more procedures to be ran through and it would not cease until it was satisfied with the results.

Manipulating the surrounding magnetic feild about itself, Mecha offset the polarity of the air around its frame enough to leap greater distances than normal. With a gravel-crunching pounce, the black-metal machine was whistling through the air higher than Tai had gone, striking the side of a building just a little ahead of the Test. Acting quickly, the machine coiled back against the structure before leaping forward once more, straight at Tai Kamiya.

"Impact."

Its right fist came flying in for a punch at the Test's gut, not meant to directly make contact but, instead, introduce #5 to a new experience. Warped magnetism has odd affects on the human body. It can throw off our balance, sense of location, and impact our very senses of sight and hearing. It wouldn't kill Tai if he moved but, it'd still stun him if he remained within radius.

Dam this thing to hell. It was anticipating his actions, or in any case trying to prevent him from getting any distance from itself. It had jumped straight over Tai's head, like it was moving so fast that he thought he saw it in slow motion.

Then the thing aimed its fist towards Tai's stomach, something that was never good in a fight, though when it was about to make contact it, Tai jumped backwards slightly, though as he did he began to feel light headed, and tripped over himself, landing on the cold cement floor that was this buildings roof.

The feeling stayed with Tai as he tried to get up, it was almost as if the Mech had sent some sort of wave that threw off his sense of balance, making him feel like he was drunk without the good effects of being drunk, like not being thirsty. In any case his vision began to blur, not a good thing since he had to fight this thing. Clutching his head he slowly backed away, trying to get a few feet away from the area he had been.

With sword in his hand, all he could do now was wait for the Mech to come at him again and attempt to defend himself til this feeling went away. Staring at the Mech he tried to anticipate its next move. Though with blurry vision it was kinda hard.

Test #005 displayed immediate reaction to the warped magnetic field. Loss of balance was noted, as well as signs of hesitation to make a move forward.

Mecha's red eyes absorbed all of this information, adding it to its stores of memories. So, for now, to disorient the Test wasn't difficult and Subject couldn't see any signs of Tai Kamiya's anomalous abilities being able to dispel the stupor. No need to push it any further when it was already clear #5 was unable to cope with magnetic manipulation.

Raising both arms, the black mech took a braced stance, feet planted firmly upon the ground where it'd landed. Cancelling out the unneeded amounts of magnetism around it, Mecha pointed both of its 'palms' at Tai, movements frighteningly set and symmetric. The hum had returned to the air and a light appeared within the hole... of both hands.

"Brace.
3."

The hum grew louder and the orbs grew larger, gaining density.

"2."

The orbs were now approximately the size of a human's head, still gaining size as the droning sound continued on.

"1.
Goodbye."

With a sonic-boom, both balls of energy were released and shot straight towards Tai Kamiya. There were, of course, hopes that Test #0005 was not being overestimated. For, if Mecha had made this too powerful, who knows what sort of state a frail human body would be in after impact...

"Okay, there is either an annoying bee in my ear or its that dam Mech again." Tai thought to himself still trying to keep somewhat balance as his senses returned. The humming grew louder and louder til Tai could almost make out a giant light that the Mech had made in front of itself. It even had a countdown, how cute.

Returning to a somewhat state of balance, Tai dropped his sword and knew that this thing was trying to test him out, something that was growing to be an annoyance. Seeing that he only had three seconds, Tai lifted his hand and began to focus as the sonic boom came towards him.

The two balls of light went, at least in Tai's eyes, at speeds that human beings couldn't achieve even if they were superman's closest cousin. Forcing the air around the front of him, Tai used the air like a shield as the two balls made contact. The power from the two balls was almost overwhelming.

Trying to get as much focus into his palm, Tai began to push with all his might against the two balls of light. As he did, veins appeared on his forehead, a sign of strain. He was putting all of his being into protecting himself from....from...dam he couldn't even come up with a word for this attack.

Soon he made headway and the movement of his feet pushing against the ground in vain was turning into more than that, he was moving forward! With just a little bit more of force, Tai yelled at the top of his lungs as the final push gave way to the balls of light being sent back towards the Mech, though it was aimed at the building above it. Not caring that the building was probably being consumed in flames, and was probably being evacuated, Tai began to take deep breathes, his body aching from that last attack and its deflection.

If it weren't for his strong willpower, Tai probably would of fainted right there and then. After taking a few moments to catch his breath, he picked up his sword and got into a stance, making sure to make eye contact, if that was even possible, with this Mech.
"I'm.....not....dead....yet...you stupid......Mech....thing..." Each word brought a slight pain to Tai's body but he ignored it, instead focusing on breathing as the pain was ignored.

Mecha turned its head quizzically, sizing up Tai Kamiya with eyes that held no emotion. Already tired? Surely Test had more to prove to Subject before it'd be willing to give out. Of course, there were physical limitations Mecha hadn't considered upon entering this spar. A human was facing a machine, of course the battle was going to be one-sided, but the machine had been expecting... More.

"Tai Kamiya.
End?"

The goal of the Procedure had not been to kill, although injury was acceptable. Perhaps Subject should have lowered its expectations for such a weak being. Humans were resilient psychologically, as proved by Tai Kamiya's willingness to continue the battle in spite of his obvious tiring. But, physically, they were unable to deal with the expectations of that which knew not of 'pain' or 'discomfort'.

Mecha repeated the verbal action. "End?"

Why? Why didn't it do anything but stand there?! Was it mocking him? No. It was a machine, machine don't have feelings especially the feeling to antagonize a human. Still it was frustrating that the thing simply did nothing even after it was called stupid. Maybe it wasn't an android and simply fighting him for fights sake.

In any case, Tai was almost out of energy, probably had about one final attack in him before he gave way to the darkness that was known as sleep. He tried to slow his breath so that he could slow his heart beat. Slowly but surely, he began to gather the energy of the wind in his hand, hoping that this final attack could at least beat the machine so that it let him go.

Take the hilt of the sword into a tighter grip, Tai looked up at the machine and slowly began to walk towards it. As he took more and more steps he began to hold out his left hand to the ground, slowly building a small burst of energy. One could almost see a small ball being formed, growing bigger and bigger. If there was an anime fan, they would probably say that it was a copycat of Naruto. Good thing he never liked watching anime.

Walking turned into running, his left palm held face up, the ball being visible, though unlike the anime fan's little rant about how Naruto was the greatest show ever and this attack was a copy cat, it was far from it. Throwing the sword as high as it could go, Tai leaped up into the air, grabed the sword, aimed the blade at the Mech and threw it.

As soon as it was out of his hand, his left hand moved to where the hilt was a second ago, and with the rest of his energy, the ball of wind pressed forward, a sonic boom coming from Tai's hand, making the sword go at extreme speeds towards the Mech, but at the same time, Tai flew back almost twenty yards. Crashing into a building, Tai's mind soon began to fall into unconsciousness. Weather the sword hit its mark was up to if it saw what he was doing and understood the drastic measure Tai had taken.

Everything in Tai's body felt broken, if not worse. Tai lay in a small pile of rubble, hopping the pain would soon leave him.

Mecha had expected some verbal retaliation from #5. Perhaps some of mankind's unique swears or their signature temper tantrum. It looked on with curiosity as Tai Kamiya, instead of giving up or biting back with words, simply stood and began advancing. The machine watched with its red eyes. This was interesting. This was the data it was wanting! Humans were weak but, their perseverance was commendable.

Sensors indicated Test was gathering wind within his hand once more. Let him gather his breeze, for Mecha's shell was too strong for something as blunt as wind to pierce. All #5 could do was bounce it back and then Subject would simply return and continue the Procedure.

But... What was going on here? Test was gaining speed. The air particles within the palm of his hand were hitting levels critical enough to by visable to the human eye. Mecha was beginning to draw back when the pace quickened from the Test. Tai leapt up into the air and, before Mecha could think of the most efficient way to retaliate against the wind blast, the attack had changed nature. It wasn't wind alone that came flying at it but, the very blade that #5 had been using throughout the Experiment.

Its outer shell was strong enough to take this, surely-
CRACK.

Red eyes stared out with a glow, set upon the tired human form ahead as they shook with a new sense.

There was actually damage.

Mecha stood, arms irregularly loose at its sides with its three toed feet still planted upon the ground. A couple chips of the black metal hit the tar of the roof and a liquid substance was dripping from the injured zone. Its stomach had been impaled by the blade. Almost humanly, its left hand moved to where the sword was embedded, touching the red fluids coming from the hole and reaching back up to where its eyes could see.

Half-diamond shaped eyes looked out, shaking a bit as it processed this information.
"Subject 108,
Test, #0005, Tai Kamiya, Human.
Result;
Failure.
Cause;
Exhaustion.
New Procedure?
Retrieve Data,
Restore System,
Reset."

Mecha ripped the blade from its 'stomach' and tossed it upon the ground, stepping back as carefully as it could in the given situation. The surrounding area appeared to daze like static. From the magnetic field? Something else? Who knows. The machine reached the edge of the building, everything else around it distorted to the point that it may as well have been a poor signal upon a television, turning whiter and whiter.

"End.
Goodbye."
