Can't Find Assassins

I have been looking for assassins because I need twlight gems. however, I can't seem to find them, even in the world that never was. I also checked Twlight town. Where exactly can I find them?

Go to the Proof of Existance room, and go back one room, there should be 4 there

With 'Lucky Lucky' equiped on everyone, you should get atleast 1 per visit
