*YAAAAAAAAAAWN!*, Genji groaned loudly as he awoke. Laying in bed, he peers around the room slowly. The sun pouring in through the window blinding him, as his eyes had yet to adjusted. Blinking a few times and smacking his lips, he stretches widely, from feeling still groggy from his sleep.

Sitting up now, he takes a breath, "Well, I better get up and get dressed." Standing, he stumbles his way over to his wardrobe, removing his shinigami robes. Moments later, he is finished putting on his clothes and tying his sandals. "Oops." Genji murmured to himself, almost fogetting the most important thing. He reaches for a white jacket out of the closet, the coat naming him as the Captain of Squad 7. He puts it around himself, and heads to the door, sliding it open.

He steps out onto the wooden deck outside. Walking out to the ledge, he peers over to see several members hustling around in the courtyard below. Dong their daily duties and goofing around as usual. He looks up, staring into the sky. It's a beautiful day out. Bright blues coating the sky above, with little puffs of cloud speckled here and there. Birds are soaring high above. Chirping and singing songs, with the sun radiating above them. "It's just a gorgeous day out", Genji spoke to himself as he fumbled in his robes. "Ah ha!", he exlcaimed, removing a pack of cigarettes from his robing. Striking on his lighter, a spark bursted into a small bright flame. He lit the cigarette now in his mouth. Inhaling slowly, he pulled it away from his mouth and exhaled a small plume of smoke. "Ahhhhh", in a satisfactory sigh.

Now merely standing and smoking his ever burning cigarette, he thought to himself, (I wonder if anything's going on today...). He took another hit from his tobacco product. "I think I'll just hang around until I'm alerted otherwise." And so he continued to relax by the deck balcony, soaking up the warmth from the sun. Content.

Was it morning already? Or had the night just begun? That was one of many questions zooming through his mind. Down in the basement levels of his research facility, there was no way to know the time of day. No windows to reveal the position of the sun or moon. No clock to tell the time. Truly, down here, time was lost as we worked away on whatever idea popped into his head. Time is a mystery...

"Another all nighter, Captain?"

(Mystery solved, it seems.) He thought, putting down the strange, mechanical orb and removing his goggles before turning around to face one of his researchers. "Appears so, as usual." He began, leaving his chair and making his way to one of the many cluttered desks. "You should know by now, in this line of work, sleep is a hindrance you can't afford to succumb to."

"That's unhealthy Sir, everyone needs some rest so that they can remain fully functional." She protested, moving farther into his personal workroom. With a glance, he was able to get a good enough look to identify her. New to this position, her name was Kaoru, and despite having much to learn, her intelligence was more than good enough to get the position, so she had promise.

"Pay attention." He commanded, grabbing the bottle he was looking for and holding it for Kaoru to get a good enough look. "As I said, sleep is a hindrance, and like every single problem a researcher encounters, you find a solution." Removing the lid, he poured a single red medicine ball, the size a skittle, into the palm of his hand. Without hesitation, he swallowed it and set the container back into the sea of paperwork.

Without warning, his eyes closed and he hunched over, almost as if he was knocked out. Shocked, Kaoru was ready to check up on him just as he sprung back to life, hardly even ten seconds later. "You see? Sleep simulation. Created this a long time ago. Stimulates the brain waves instantly to R.E.M sleep stage, skipping all the pointless sleep, and rests the brain very rapidly."

Making his way to the exit, he threw on his wrinkled 12th Division Captain jacket and made to the exit. "Prepare R.I.P for me, I'm heading out for some fresh air." He addressed to his still surprised assistant.

"Y-yes Sir, right away."

Everyday, everywhere, every moment
Death, death and death.

Jin stood atop one of the cliffs on Hueco Mundo, observing the vast desert."What simple creatures, hollows are. Caring about nothing but destruction." As Jin just stood there, observing, a Menos appeared behind him, drawn by his vast power. Sensing the reiestu from the insainly large hollow, Jin simply unsheathed his Zanpakuto, Doshin. SLASH Jin cut through the hollows face, sending it to wherever the place they go after they are defeated. Jin chuckled to himself as he sheathed his sword. "Heh, to easy."

"Well, I guess I'm going back to Soul Society, and see what those damn Shinigami are up to."Opening a corridor like the Arrancar do to get around places, an ability born from his own hollow powers, Jin stepped through to the rolling plains of the outskirts of Seretei, making sure he wasn't detected.

"Aww, I thought I was going to get to have some funn...." Jin's inner hollow moaned. "Not now, shit for brains. If you keep quiet, I might let you have some fun with a low level Shinigami."

"Why you put up with him, is beyond me, Master Jin." said Doshin. "You know damn good and well why I do, old friend" Old friend. Doshin is the only being Jin could call a friend, giving his damning personality.

Jin engaged flash step, moving up a nearby mountain, one that he knew really well. It gave him cover from being spotted by those infernal Shinigami, but at the same time, he could keep an eye on what they were doing. Jin sat on a rock, just taking in the day. Wondering how he could cause havoc among Seretei.

"I do wonder at times why there seem to be so many problems among us, even at times when we need to stick together."

Caesar spoke to himself, walking slowly along the path ahead of him, only thinking about just how long it would be until the true glory of the Olvidado would be realized and so that once and for all they would no longer be seen as such abominations. He thought it was unfair, especially when you had creatures with giants holes in their chests running around, and then other beings that were fusions of people and these disgusting creatures and so on. "Figures of course that after all this time we can do just what is needed to climb and be true kings."

It was one of the most insane ideas anyone had ever though of but why not?? Come out into the open and simply cause massive destruction, "Brilliant, honestly I love every bit of it and if everything goes well it looks like life will take a change for the better. For all of us and that is what is best, even if we have to kill thousands for it to happen..."

Up ahead there was a dusty area that continued on through the parched wasteland like location which in only several hundred more feet would bring Caesar directly to Lunalia, whom he adored greatly, her sweet and sultry tone always sent shivers down his spine and made the spikes along his back brim with intentions more and more as time passed. it had been a long time since he'd grown feelings for her originally but alas he was unsure if she even realized it yet.

Love was an odd thing.

A thing that loosely explained was the cause of wars and every other catastrophe that wasn't weather related. People loved money...people loved power. People loved a lot of things that in the end caused a lot of horrible things for many people.

"Hmm..." a soft breeze had started and Caesar stared up and the moon that could already be seen hanging in the sky, which was probably why this was where Lunalia lived, as her obvious attraction or obsession to some with the moon must have given her a great amount of joy. As expected Caesar only had a to g a few more feet until Lunalia came into view, her figure clad in yet another gorgeous gown her ridiculous beauty would have made him smile automatically but he had no face. Instead he walked up to her and took her hand, "Hello Lunalia, how is your day fairing??"

Caesar eye's brimmed with just a bit more joy that usual, today was a good day...

"As always, you shine so brightly at our darkest times."

Lunalia whispered through quivering lips as she focused her compassionate eyes on an unmarked tombstone just recently placed in the sand. Today, she wore a black, sleeveless gown which caressed the sand as she moved across it, with matching gloves in both color and material extending all the way up just pass her elbow. A few meters behind her stood two Goliath-sized Olvidado, twice her height, acting as her personal escorts for the day. Both with large, muscular arms, much like primates, only both have large brown spikes poking out all over both arms. Their faces blank of any thought or emotion, orange eyes staring at their Queen.

"Now now, young ones." Lunalia turned around, gentle smile erasing the depressing atmosphere in an instant. "Do not weep, I can see deep within your souls you cry for our fallen brethren. I assure you, their superior blood will not have been spilled for naught. Have faith in our mission to bring salvation to the lesser beings."

Turning to face the tombstone again to give one last good bye to those that died, her eyes began to wonder up towards the sky. Awaiting as always to meet her gaze was the magnificent moon, shining even as the sun still ruled the sky. Before she could get too far lost in thought, however, a warm touch on her hand alerted her to the presence of another of the Kings, Caeser.

Gently squeezing his hand back, her lips curved into a warm smile as he greeted her so kindly. "Hello, Caeser, it's great to see you on such a beautiful day. Though," Lunalia paused, glancing over at the tombstone for a moment before continuing on. "it would have been better without the loss of our kind."

She paused for a moment, letting the nice breeze pass over them, as if it was their fallen comrades telling them everything was going to be alright. Cheering up, she grasped his other hand with hers and held them up in excitement. "So, tell me, what's on today's agenda? What news do you bring me on this lovely day?"

It was a nice day out, but Akairo was a bit put off by the fact that she'd been so bored and lost in her thoughts, that she'd gotten herself lost in one of the districts in the run down section of Soul Society. "This really sucks, but I guess that all these hunks make up for it." She was amazed by the beauty of the men that were before her very eyes, so many of them were just so hot that several times Akairo ended up staggering to catch her breath and became more lost by accident. Being such a woman whom dived headfirst into her sexuality, one couldn't possibly know what was going through her head on a constant.

Nearly every time she saw a man there were space of at least 2 seconds where her entire mind warped over to lust, which made her using a slight twist of her power to become invisible and scurry around touching, grasping and prodding the objects of her desires at every turn. Traipsing around such a place allowed her gaze to link with many many men and even those who were on their ways to becoming men; though as she knew those that looked younger were no doubt hundreds of years old already. To her they all looked good, but on the flip side she wasn't pleased with the way they looked at her at all.

"Geez, I'm not a damn piece of meat ready to be eaten." The hypocrisy in her own words amazed Akairo, so that cleared her mind a bit, if it weren't for that she just would have thought about roaches or puppies, it was kind of difficult to think perverted about things like that....

TWO HOURS LATER

"I'm not slow and it really took this long to get back?? I was seriously deep in the projects, but all those guys were soooo soooo sexy."

The location she was at now of course was completely familiar to her because it was the hole in the ground that Corbinek and herself used to get into the training facility of the eleventh division, which was also a part of Bryce's house. Why that was necessary was beyond her but why bother asking about it??

Her gown blew about as she descended into the hole and touched down to the ground but nobody was around at all. "Oh?? This sucks, I wonder where everybody is?? Bryce are you home??"

~~~~~
Caesar sighed and looked at the two guards that Lunalia had, they sure were brutes, both of them being tall and packed with ridiculous amounts of muscles that amused the king so much he began to laugh hysterically after glancing at them. However his mental laugh was only directed at Lunalia so the two were unable to hear what he was doing since he had no mouth to speak out of anyway. It was a time of mourning for the two men and because of that they didn't need to catch any amount of grief from Caesar at that time but when this time passed he's be sure to make fun of them for looking like jacked up tank apes from hell in the near future.
He'd almost lost track of the very reason for coming to see Lunalia in the first place.
"Ah I'd nearly forgotten darling, I did bring news for you." The plan was relatively simple it was to be used in junction with an attack on Earth to give the humans a taste of the destruction that was to come to them soon. If the Olvidado were to truly be the superior race than everybody needed to know it, and not just the Soul Society in singular respects.
They all had to suffer at the hands of the Kings and their minions.
Caesar eyed the two guards again for several seconds and then began to speak, allowing them to hear as well, "Lunalia we are going to attack Los Angelos rather than that Kankura Town that always ends up in the middle of things. The place is a lot larger and at first it will no doubt be considered a terrorist attack." The Soul Society had gotten sloppy over the years and only placed watches on cities that high levels of spiritual outlets among them, and of course Los Angelos was not such a place.
"I want you to ready only a small squad or two of those under your command and ready them for the attack. This will eventually draw out the attention of those against us but by the time they realize just what is happening it'll be too late and we'll have made our mark," Caesar chuckled and looked up at Lunalia whom at over seven feet tall towered nearly two feet above him. "Assuming we stage the entire thing correctly, it'll put Soul Society on high alert and then they won't be at all prepared for what comes next."
Already a swath of pride was bubbling within Caesar at the upcoming operation, one that would start a chain of events which would lead to the destruction of the inferior slime that was on top in the worlds at current. "Well darling that will be all, we leave soon, I'm sure that you can be ready in good time."
"Bugger." Haruka said with disdain as he awoke to the sound of his alarm. Which was intentionally left off so he could try to rest. But so long as Riou was Vice-captain, those days were few and far apart.
Haruka threw his legs over the edge of the bed and saw his slacks, t-shirt, and Captain's coat fresh out of the dryer. Althogh there were benefits. He smiled as he pulled his shirt over his head.
A few minutes later at the breakfast table...
"Thanks Riou. You truly outdid yourself this morning."
"You are most welcome Captain." She said with a smile. It had seemed that these two were acting like a couple pretty much since Haruka had joined the third squad. But it was more of a mutual loyalty. They never seemed more than friends to each other. there was respect, admiration for their abilities, but no more, no less.
Jaakuna Hinoko
Somewhere in Heuco Mundo
Somewhere in the depths of Hueco Mundo, where to silver-lit moon doesn’t shine its essence lies the home of some of the most vile creatures, the Vasto Lordes. Some say that they are just a myth created from the Arrancar who fear their power, and when these beings once ruled over Hueco Mundo, they spread the tales of the Vasto Lordes. One man has become intrigued by these tales. Without any knowledge of what really lies in the depths of Hueco Mundo, Jaakuna still ventures into the dark depths.
“Let’s see what we got here” Analyzing the area, Jaakuna came to the conclusion that he’s in Menos Forest, where hundreds upon hundreds of Menos Grande live.
He remembers the orders he was given. Analyze the Menos Forest, and destroy the leader, then absorb its powers with a special device given to him from the High King himself. It must be quite an important task. Jaakuna wasn’t about to complain. He got to kill, and that was reason enough. A few minutes into the Menos Forest, Jaakuna already spotted a few Menos. They looked like a low-level one. Sure they were tall, but if research is accurate, they’re slow as hell.
“This should be easy.” Gripping his Vengeful Daggers, Jaakuna pulled them out and then proceeded to implement his fire manipulation by vibrating the molecules in the air which would create an acceleration that would cause the Menos to burst into flames. The onsluaght didn’t end there. Cerden then proceeded to run up a nearby tree, which he then connected his two daggers to a chain-like stability with his own spiritual pressure which then he launched the two daggers in a chain of multiple attacks that came around in a circle.
Since the daggers were connected to his own fire powers, Cerden sent ten fire blasts sending all at once, and by the time they reached the menos, they had merged into one gigantic blast, which simply incinerated the three Menos to bits.
“sure hope this isn’t all for nothing…”
Cerden
Outside Squad Ten Barracks, near Squad twelve barracks
Cerden hadn’t gotten a good nights worth of sleep. With all the yapping his lieutenant does talking on her phone, it’s so hard to get a decent amount of sleep. This is the case EVERY night for Cerden. “Just once I’d like to get my twelve hours of sleep” Cerden said yawning.
Unbeknownst to him, Cerden found himself near the Squad Twelve Barracks. He pondered on whether or not to give The Brain a little visit, and by little visit, he means torture him about being just a kid.
Deciding on that with a devious smile, Cerden used his talents for Shunnpo to make himself undetected, and goodness knows that TB isn’t the best tracker when he’s ‘busy’.
Hiding quite effiently, Cerden noticed TB heading out his barracks. This was the perfect opportunity for him to have a little fun. Along with hating to be called a kid, The Brian also hates being picked up like a little kid.
“he-he-he-heh” Cerden laughed as he fired a Shakkaho just a mere three feet away from The Brain, which would cause him to be startled, and from that Cerden flash-stepped behind him, and picked him up by the jacket. “What’s a little kid like you doing here? It’s dangerous” Cerden said smiling, trying to hold a strait face.
Creating bonds to save our world and bring peace
~Syra~
Syra's eyes pierced the bright sky above as he thought of days passed. It had been a few years since Shinji's death and he was still mourning over him. He loved that boy like they were of same blood and just the thought that he was the one to run his blade through Shinji's neck was a horrifying one. The nightmares and the terrible day dreams didn't help either but, they would have to go unchecked or talked about because he had a society to run. Taking his eyes away form the sky and to the sereitei, Syra hated it honestly. He knew that it was too protect the soul reapers but, he felt it isolated the people and kept them from truly protecting the innocents if anything ever happened which when Ichigo and even the bounts made their way in.
His mind drifted even more into the very ideals of what his reign as head captain meant but, he needed to get on track. For now the Olvidado were to be the main threat to the soul society and possibly the living world. Syra could not stand for the living to be hurt for matters of the soul so, he would keep things centered o nthem for awhile or until the opportunity arised to speak on other things. Sitting down upon the large chair within the shinigami meeting room, Syra enacted the special ability gifted to all head captains while within the Soul Society.
All captains of the Gotei 13 are to meet with me immediately within the meeting room. Syra used the telepathic ability to speak to the minds of all the Gotei 13.
~Bryce~
The day had been so long after the long night spent training with his vice captain. It was a usual training regiment that usually lasted three full days which brought great results. He loved long training more then sleep actually because it was one of the only things that got his lazy blood boiling. His apetite for battle was ridiculous and it grew every time he got a chance to punch someone into next week and this time his Vice was the obvious target. The gigantic battlefield with which they always trained in under his house was keeping the two opponents apart right now. He didn't know where the guy was but, he would keep his senses sharp.
Hiding behind a rock, Bryce knew his vice was around here but, where. One another note though, he never called his vice by his name because of his ability to never remember names. It didn't matter if you were his mother, he would still forget your name in less then a second. Though there were people who's name were ebbed into his memory. Suddenly he heard a voice and it wasn't male whatsoever. Looking over the rock, his eyes were laid upon the woman's thighs. Licking his lips, a gigantic smiled ran across his face like he was Alucard from Hellsing. The images were not for children and they continued as he ran up the body. It was then when he caught her face that his smiled dropped. He knew exactly who it was and his chances at any of the things he thought were very slim epseically if he didn't want Syra to cut his arm off.
Climbing from over the rock, Bryce gave a big wave. Using his shunpo, he was infront of her within seconds and laying down. "Hey......Aka...Aki...Ake....hello beautiful lady. Haven't seen you in awhile." Bryce commented, hoping she didn't pay attention to his atrocious forgetting of her name. He wondered why she was actually here and not breaking someone's leg or benching pressing cars. Before he could speak once again, the telepathic message ran across his brain. Now he would have something to do but, he had time to conversate.
"HEY VICE! Our fights done now, so you can stop trying to trap me or something. Your free for the moment, can check up on the lieutenants or go with me to the meeting. So Ake......Aki....Aka......What ya doing in SS?" Bryce kept his tone nonchalant.
"Great!" Haruka said sarcastically as he slammed down his Teacup on the table. He soon strapped Kage to his slacks and began to flicker in and out of sight with flash step. Haruka enjoyed racing across the rooftops of the seretei, Although at the cost of an unfinished breakfast, Haruka was always eager when the head captain summoned them, it was a sign of something abnormally bigger than just a rampant hollow in the world of the living or something along the lines of that.
Haruka walked into the meeting room and said: "3rd division Captain Haruka Keol, Present." it was something He couldn't let go
"Where in the world is he." He mumbled, frustrated over having to wait so long for R.I.P to arrive at the entrance to the Squad Twelve Barracks. R.I.P hardly ever accompanied him into the labs, the critter could sometimes be too curious for his own good. Instead, he has the dog stay at the barracks, allowing it to sleep in whichever room it wanted, regardless of the current resident.
Getting impatient, he returned his focus to his notepad, going over all the small details for tonight's tinkering with the Reitatsu Weaponry Division's newest prototypes. Though records show the past few years have been dull in terms of large threats, science was never one to slow down in times of peace. Always innovate, improve, and invent, no matter the setting.
"If R.I.P doesn't show up soon, I'm going to have to make a new one-" He began, eyes still reading though the notes. However, his sentence would remain unfinished, for a blast of kido landed on the ground nearby. Alerted, he closed the notebook and started searching for the source.
Before he could react, to his extreme displeasure, he was hoisted up by the neck of his captains jacket like a rag doll. Adding insult to insult, the familiar (and in cases like this, irritating) voice of none other than Captain Cerden Celebrindal poked fun at his child like appearance.
"It's not dangerous yet, but I will make it so if you don't put me down, Cerden." He said, doing his utmost to maintain a calm composure. Being treated as a mere child was frustrating. On the bright side, he has been getting used to Cerden's teasing as of late, though he'd never admit it.
All captains of the Gotei 13 are to meet with me immediately within the meeting room.
"Appears we are being summoned, all of the Gotei 13 Captains. Must be serious." He pondered, already forgetting the fact he remained dangling in the air. As his mind formulated possible reasons for the meeting, a strange creature with the look of a dog with a Zanpakuto on its back emerged from the barracks, barking to get the attention of it's master. "You're late R.I.P, 13 minutes and 23 seconds late. I'll scold you later, as for now," He turned his head, making eye contact with Cerden before finishing. "if you're finished messing around, we have a meeting to go to. Unlike you, I prefer not to show up late."
Queen Lunalia the Forgiving
"Los Angelos, it is? What a fine place to make our debut." Lunalia was unable to contain her smile, overjoyed to gift the world with their splendorous power, and to take the next step in securing a future for the Olvidados. "Do you hear that, you two?" She inquired to her guards. Of course they heard, if Caeser wished them to, that is. "The time has come! Go, call the rest of your squad and prepare. In a few minutes, we shall depart for the world of the living." They nodded in understanding, charging off not too far to the nearby camp set up by the Olvidado.
Once again, Lunalia took a moment to gaze up at the moon. So glorious, one of the few things she could count on to always be there, watching over her. Chances are, the moon wouldn't be visible in the polluted air of the living, so she wished to bask in it for just a little bit longer.
Lunalia now returned her attention to the other, constant beacon of light she relied on. "Caesar, my squadron I see is ready and on their way back. I too, am prepared for our departure. Though my battle attire this is not, I doubt I will be engaging in a serious fight." Reluctantly separating her hands from his, she meandered over to the memorial grave marker, and dusted it off a bit. Scanning over the horizon, she thought it amazing how even a wasteland such as this could hold such beauty. Despite being their home, however, it was still that. A wasteland. And it was time for the superior race to live in a domain worthy of them.
The squad had caught up, a strong force of 15 primate Olvidado of various sizes. "Shall we, Caesar? The world awaits us to save them from their own existance."
After dealing with those Menos, Jaakuna could feel that he was getting closer and closer to the heart of the Menos Forest. A small part of him wondered if it was worth it. While he does love the thrill of a kill, he does like to enjoy the search as well. Well, he does like the search, but it’s far more complex than that..
A few miles into the forest, and Jaakuna came at a fork in the road. One way led to a more light-orientated, and the other way was leaning more towards the darkness. If Jaakuna were to use a bit of common sense, he’d say that the leader of the Menos(whoever it may be) would be hiding in the darkness. It would provide with more leverage than it would in the light.
“Oh fack me.” Jaakuna cursed as he knew he’d had to go into the darkness. He couldn’t return to the palace and report back with nothing, now can he?
As he proceeded down the path to darkness(cliché, I know), he could only wonder what he’d run into as he went further and further into the depths of what one might consider the devil’s tongue.
Cerden
That awkward moment when one has a person in the air, and they seem unaffected by it. This is the case with The Brain as he had a calm composure , and Cerden just looked puzzled. The little pipsqueak sure knew how to push Cerden’s buttons without even sounding like he was pushing his buttons.
There was a moment of silence between the two before TB turned his head so that he and Cerden made direct eye contact, and he went onto saying that while this was fun, being late to an urgent captain’s meeting seemed to be the thing NOT to do. Cerden nodded in agreement.
“Yeah..good point.” Cerden said knowing the wrath of Head-Captain Syra was worse than having to take on a fleet of Menos Grande. And goodness knows how that turned out for Cerden.
“Fine, let’s go. The Head-captain probably already has a brain aneurism due to the unique nature he’s about to call to a gathering."
The sun beating down on Caesar reminded him of several years before when Lunalia and he had taken a long trip through the Valley of Thorns. It was a place that held great meaning to the Olvidado as many years prior to the Soul Societies complete reign so to speak over the spiritual world, the Valley of Thorns was a location that reiatsu spawned indefinitely and gave new power to those that were brave enough to journey all the way to the end of its harsh location.
Olvidado that dwelt in that place were so strong that if you were a King or somewhere near that level there was more than likely no chance of you even surviving halfway through the place but it was those that ventured in and became lost there that more often than not became the being strong enough to kill off the future travelers whom wanted to explore.
"Caesar, my squadron I see is ready and on their way back. I too, am prepared for our departure. Though my battle attire this is not, I doubt I will be engaging in a serious fight." Right away Caesar opened his eyes and realized they had been closed and his memory coming from the close connection with Lunalia's hand. It was too bad that her voice's interruption had ended it abruptly but looking at her smiling and determined face was more than enough to make him brighten up once more.
Her hands then left his and as she walked over to the memorial stone, Caesar snickered, he felt like a small child swooning over a girl he couldn't have. "Geez, what's wrong with me right now?? I shoulder no better than to be getting my feelings mixed up with so much on the line in so little an amount of time." Caesar looked up again, seeing that Lunalia had finished what she'd been doing and asked if Caesar was ready. "Yes, its time." caesar opened his palm and two portal like holes opened. The first led to a containment area from the Valley of Thorns that housed 12 spider like Olvidado monstrosities while the other led directly to the Los Angelos International Airport...
Only about half an hour of time passed in between the travel inside the portal and the drop out behind the left of the landing strip of an incoming flight. Caesar and the others were right on time as he'd planned and the tarmac was warm under his bare feet. "Alright my darling, you make haste and mask yourselves and start wreaking havoc on the city itself, I shall join you after I handle things here." He knew very well that the queen could handle herself but mentioned it anyway, "Just holler if things get serious and you need back up okay??"
A jumbo jet was already landing and had engaged its landing gear, wheels already touched down on the ground but it wasn't clear yet. "Divinum Frangitur, extend." Caesar's sword grew from his hand and shot forward at an angle and sliced right through the wheels on the jet, easily causing the plane to slam down and cause a commotion. Though Caesar was not looking into the plane what was happening was a bit obvious...chaos. It only took about seven seconds for the plane to shift and topple over onto its side, pieces of it already breaking off as Caesar caused its side to explode.
"Hahahaha!!!! Its only begun!!!!" The plane crashed right into the unprepared side of the airport and of course erupted in a massive explosion from the jet engine fuel being ignited from what had already happened. In the events ongoing and the horror which came from it, nobody saw Caesar fly around to an unharmed portion of the airport and drop down through the ceiling of a restroom, where he walked out casually and acted just as frantic as the others in his disguise. "Oh my...this is terrible what's happening??"
A man next to him shook his head frantically and just began crying, "I...I don't know how this could have happened, my fiance and her daughter were on that plane!!!" Caesar frowned at this and patted the man on the shoulder but it obviously didn't help the matter. Caesar wasn't done yet and caused another explosion to go off not far from the gate closet to them which killed any number of people running and screaming in panic from the jet accident. As Caesar casually strolled out of the airport in between the masses trying to escape, he destroyed the entrance as well and kept going without breaking a sweat.
Idai
Idai sat on the roof of the Squad 11 compound. His breath was rough and ragged from the days of non-stop training. He didn't like fighting like the Captain, but he couldn't argue with his methods. This training took a lot out of him, but his abilites increased so much, it was worth it. However, also unlike his Captain, Idai enjoyed sleep. The days on end without sleep really drained him, and he always hit his breaking point, hard. He needed sleep to be on the top of his game.
He crawled over to the edge and looked around. He saw a movement out of the corner of his eye, but noticed it was just Akairo. He let out a sigh of relief, and returned to his resting place. He decided now would be the best time to rest. When he heard the Captains voice, he stuck his head back out. Bryce was now talking to Akairo. "Now's my last chance." He said, getting up into a crouching position. 3.......2.......1.......
"HEY VICE! Our fights done now, so you can stop trying to trap me or something. Your free for the moment, can check up on the lieutenants or go with me to the meeting." He launched himself off the roof and landed beside Bryce. "As much as I enjoy the company of the other lieutenants, I think I'll just accompany you to the meeting, sir. And good morning to you, Miss Akairo."
Piedra
"Damn pests....."
Piedra stood before several piles of Olvidado, of several different size and shape. He pulled one of his swords out of the creature's neck he just killed. "Cursed beasts can't just choose another place to colinate? I'm sure the Reapers would love to have them." He cleaned off the blade then hung it on his waist, opposite the other. Speaking of which, time for Phase One. He opened up a portal to Earth, and stepped into what appeared to be a park.
He increased his spiritual pressure to 100% for a few seconds, then took it back down to 0%. "That's sure to draw in all nearby Reapers, as well as hollows." He quickly walked over to a tree and hid under it." A few seconds passed, when a dog like hollow appeared. It sniffed the air and looked around, searching for the source of the immense power it just sensed. "There it is, kill it!" Three soul reapers came down from the sky and began attacking the hollow.
The fight lasted a good few minutes, and the hollow put up a good fight, severely wounding one of the shinigami, but in the end they won due to their numbers. As they stood, trying to regain their composure, Piedra stepped out from the shadows, and slowly clapped. "Bravo. Looks like you actually succeded at something for once. Now pass a little message along to your leaders. I wish to seek a treaty between our kind."
The Brain
"I'm glad you understand the situation. Now, if you'll excuse me." The miniature scientist replied, shaking himself free from Cerden's grasp and landing to the ground without making a sound. "R.I.P, come. No doubt Head Master Syra will chew my head off if I don't have my Zanpakuto with me."
Everyone ready, the two captains and canine creation made their way to the designated meeting hall, utilizing minor shunpo to make it in time. 'Minor' to them, at the very least. Lower ranked Shinigami at best would see blurs, or feel the wind pick up in an instant. The Brain would on occasion snap his fingers, an action he would do to communicate with R.I.P while on the move in most cases, this time doing it to make sure Cerden's focus didn't linger too long on the young, female recruits they passed by.
After the short trip, in which they were forced to stop once because someone-who-will-not-be-named just had to flirt, they arrived at the location. "Well, it's good to know we made it on time. Early, in fact." He thought out loud. He noticed only one other person had arrived, Captain Haruka Keol of the 3rd Division. With R.I.P close behind, he made his way over to his seat, greeting Captain Keol along the way before sitting down.
As he pulled out his notebook for the inevitable waiting soon to commence for the rest of the Gotei 13 Captains, he turned his attention to the Head Captain's chair. It was still a tad odd, seeing someone of such a young appearance as Head of the Gotei 13, not to mention the other younger Captains recently promoted. Though, he knew better than anyone that looks in Soul Society were very misleading. Thus, he returned to his work so as to be productive while those who had yet to arrive, were clearly not.
Queen Lunalia the Forgiving
With all preparations completed, the two perfect Olvidado Kings and their magnificent soldiers made their way through the portal cast by Caesar. Lunalia enjoyed strolls through this in between dimension they used to travel. It's solitude and quiet atmosphere put her at ease, and she has nothing but fond memories of when Caesar and herself would go for walks in all sorts of places. Now, however, was not a time to walk in leisure, for they had business to attend to.
Stepping out into the blazing sunlight, the group was now standing to the side of a landing strip of the LA Airport. The smell of jet fuel invaded her nostrils, causing her to block her mouth and nose so as to avoid breathing in such pollution. Distaste for the air aside, she listened as Caesar gave her clear instructions for carrying out this introduction to the world. "Understood, I shall not let you, the High King, nor the Olvidado race down!" She replied with pride in her voice, signaling the squads to move out toward the city to wreak havoc.
"Same to you, Caesar." She replied to his sweet sentiment. "Though to worry about you seems pointless, the thought of returning home alone is an ever scary one. Do be careful." With those parting words, she made her way toward the city, leaving him to proceed to spread fear to his heart's desire. Arriving at the opposite airport exit in but a single flash step, she stood as the only calm being in a crowd of anxious and terrified humans. Some cried out for their family, lost in the panic. Some stared out at Caesars destruction, unable to accept the situation. It was sad. Truly, truly sad. "Do not worry, lower beings, you are the lucky ones. I will free you from this life, so you do not have to witness the true terror yet to come."
By releasing a minuscule amount of her reitatsu, the spiritual pressure came crashing down upon the defenseless crowd, and the sound of panic was replaced with the thuds of bodies littering the floor, followed soon after by silence. Entrusting the airport to Caesar, she continued out of the airport and onward to the center of LA where here the Olvidado had already started attacking the unprepared masses. Bodies laid scattered everywhere, and even more so buried beneath the demolished buildings no doubt.
Complete chaos was the scene Lunalia stumbled upon. Screams sang in a chorus that could be heard for miles. Vehicles abandoned as the streets were beyond repair, forcing those who still lived to run in desperation. To run was pointless now, for the Arachnid Olvidado had already sealed off a 30-mile radius with reitatsu-infused webbing. Those who huddled in the corners of buildings, praying to whatever faith they believed could save them had little luck either, as the Primate Olvidado could knock over skyscrapers with ease. In the end, the only 'lucky' ones were those who ran within range of Lunalia, for she was the last beautiful thing they would see as her Spiritual Pressure laid them to their eternal rest.
"Hey! Miss, what are you doing just standing there! I don't know what the Hell is going on, but we need to get out of here fast!"
Lunalia turned to face the man who managed to stay alive in her proximity, curious to see who could still force words out of their mouth in this state. As she thought, it was none other than a Soul Reaper. "Ah, you must be the Soul Reaper stationed here. It is a pleasure to meet you." She said, giving a light curtsy at the end. "My name is Queen Lunalia, and I assure you, I am fine right here. It is my duty to cleanse this world of you lesser beings, so to leave would be oh so wrong."
He drew his sword in reaction, shocked at the realization this woman was not a damsel, but perhaps even a demon with the way she smiled and spoke in a carefree manner, despite the carnage around them. "O-ok now, listen you freak! You a-and those monsters cease this instant! Surrender now, and Soul Society will show you m-mercy!"
Displeased with his choice of words, Lunalia's usual smile was gone, and in its place was a blank expression, but only for a small moment. "Calling my friends such vulgar words, you insult us. If it was anyone else, you'd be tortured in front of this inferior Soul Society to set an example. However," The smile returned to her face, and the usual calm atmosphere returned to her. "you are quite lucky it was me you encountered. It's not your fault you resist, it is only natural for the Gazelle to resist the Lion, you have the same right. As such..."
She paused, closing her eyes and putting her hands together, interlocking the fingers as if in prayer. As for the Soul Reaper, whether it was bravery, fear, or stupidity that motivated his action, he lunged toward Lunalia, hoping to strike while her guard was down. He was only half-correct, to his misfortune, for while her mind was lost in thought, her bodyguard's was not.
With such speed undetectable by the low-ranked Soul Reaper, one of Lunalia's personal Primate 'tank' guards from before appeared, bringing its fist down upon its target. Crushing the poor swordsman into the pavement, the crunching of his bones was lost by the resonating boom created from the impact, one which shook the foundations of what little remained of the standing buildings.
"...I forgive you."
"Damn it Bryce, you're such an ass, I don't understand how after all this time you can't even remember what my name is!!! Its beyond me how you can't keep such simple things in your brain like that, but hey, I guess you being hotter than most of the other captains makes up for it some."
Her small burst of anger from him forgetting her name so easily for the second time was contained and she chuckled. "What am I doing here you ask?? Shouldn't that be obvious, I'm checking up on a place that I still call home. Just because I broke off from being a captain a long time ago doesn't mean that I can't still come here does it, I still have an estate and everything." She looked down at him and was about to say more but heard the message from Syra to the other captains. At such close range it made sense for her to still be able to hear a message from the Head Captain, which amused Akairo quite a bit. "Figures."
Akairo smiled and curtsied to Idai, he was also looking rather lovely. Her mind was already spinning on what she would do to him but he probably couldn't handle a woman of her caliber at all. It really mattered not, as she'd be more than willing to show Idai a thing or two and that would be a splendid way to spend some time of the day but first and foremost, she wanted to go to this meeting and since Idai was going to go as well, she didn't prefer to get left alone by herself. "Fabulous then, we should all go."
An alarm started to go off in Akairo's head at that point as she jumped up through the hole back outside. "About ten years before she'd placed a few spiritual detectors in several cities in the United States because time spent there was very relaxing for her but all this time not over gone off but now the one in Los Angeles was beeping frantically. "Ha, that's crazy, I bet some human found it and ended up screwing around with it. Oh well, like nobody in America has a lot of spiritual pressure anyway. It'd be wicked if they did though then maybe we'd have a lot more help with some of the problems here."
It made sense that they didn't though because most people from America weren't really from there. They're descendants had come from other places. "I wonder if Syra has missed me?? We used to be so close but after I left the divisions he ended up distancing himself from me..." Maybe she couldn't blame him, Akairo would be the first to admit that she'd been the one to give him great reason to do such a thing. As she moved on to the meeting room while jumping over the tops of houses and the villas.
Upon entering, Akairo saw that Syra and three other captains were present, and she just waved to Syra, winking at him and smiling. "Well this must be pretty serious if you just called an emergency meeting eh?? What's going on Head Captain, I know that I haven't been around a lot but as the years have continued to pass I've never let this place go and you can count on me to pull through when things get crazy." She sauntered over to a captain she was familiar with but they hadn't spoken much..."Besides, I bet you'd LOVE to see my bankai. Like all of my clothes vaporize when I activate it..."
Her voluptuous breasts jiggled as her giggled and looked over at the smallest captain. "How ya been Genius?? Did you ever finish that serum for me??"
Jin noticed what appeared to be the captains scurrying along the rooftops. "Humph. Must be another Captains meeting. Looks like I'm not going to have any fun here. Jin stood up and opened a Espada portal, no particular place in mind, just somewhere in the World of the Living.
Jin stepped out of the portal on a cliff that overhung what the Living called an Airport. As soon as he collected himself from the travel, (it always disorientated Jin to do so, but it was the fastest way to travel) He noticed what appeared to be a sword, extend and took out the wheels of an "Airplane""Funny names the living give their strange contraptions. Wait, why am I worried about sensless dribble like that where there's a freaking SWORD taking out the airplane." Jin looked where the sword was coming from, and lo and behold, stood an Olvidado. Powerful pretentious bastard isn't it. Know about these beings since they awoke, but haven't seen one this powerful yet.
Jin watched with interest as the Olvidado continued to wreak havoc on this Airport. "I bet the Shinigami would be interested in this. Very interested indeed. This works perfectly with my plans. I'll offer my help to the bastards, and when this is over, I can hopefully hit them when they are weak." Jin always liked to cause mischief, knowing he can not really do anything to destroy them compleatly. "Looks like you will get your fun after all shit for brains. Just wait a little longer, and I'll let you play with them." Jin could feel the hollow squirm with anticipation, waiting for his chance to get out for a little while.
Jin opened a portal back to Soul Society, with his destination clear in his mind. The front gates of Seretei. When Jin stepped out, it gave the guards at the front gate a start. Knowing that this man wasn't supposed to be anywhere near Seretei, they took out their Zanpakuto and stood in a ready position, asking what he wanted.
Jin chuckled to himself, finding it hilarious that these simpletons had even a thought that they could take on him. Knowing that violence would get him nowhere close to speaking with any of the captains, he took a more diplomatic approach. Must to his distaste of course. Jin preferred to kill when he was annoyed, but again, that would get him nowhere. Jin explained to the guards that it was urgent that he speak to all the captains about the Olvidado threat. The guards stuttered at hearing this. How could have an outsider possibly know about that. They agreed to let him pass, provided that he leave his Zanpakuto with them at the front gate. Jin agreed, chuckling to him self."If I was here to attack any of them, do they really think I need my Zanpakuto to do damage? Sorry friend, I must part with you, for a short while."
"Perfectly alright Master Jin. I trust you will be back to collect me before too long?" "Of Course Doshin, Of course. I couldn't bear to be apart from the only being I can call a friend."
Speaking to the Guards who had just let him through, in a polite tone, "Could you please tell your Captains I am heading towards the Meeting hall? I would much appreciate it."
Walking along the grounds of the place the Jin had long ago abandoned, Jin wondered to himself who would be the Captain or Vice-Captain that meet him along the way, wondering what this lone rouge was up too.
Lazing around outside still, Genji was quite enjoying the day. Thinking to himself, he hoped that he would be graced enough with a free day to be able to lounge around and relax. As stated, he was thoroughly looking forward to it. With all the hustle and bustle of seritei life, things can get lost in translation. Sometimes you lose the time or concern to stop and pay attention to the little things in life. To enjoy the simple things. Once you lose the ability to be able to laze around and take in the world as much as you used to, you realize how much you miss it. It's quite true what they say: You can't truly understand what it is to miss something, until it's really gone... Or something along the lines anyways. Genji always found himself mixing up lines like those and such.
Now opening his eyes, he realizing that he was deep in a bit of day dreaming. His face in his hand, propped up on the deck railing by his elbow. Coming back to reality, he looks to his left hand, noticing his cigarette has gone out. "What the heck." He reaches back into his robe for his ligher again, when...
"All captains of the Gotei 13 are to meet with me immediately within the meeting room."
"A call for a Captains meeting from the Head Captain?" Pondering to himself, about the cause for such a meeting, he broke out of his thinking with, "This better be good.", thinking back to his hopes of a relaxing day. He flipped away his burnt out cigarette, gathering himself to head out. He took a step, and stopped abruptly. Pawing at his right hip, he quickly realized his suspicions were correct, and that he left his zanapkuto in his room still. "Damnit. It's a good thing I noticed that." He shot back over to his door, sliding it open and racing inside. He spotted Senazuchi, there on the table next to his bedside. Strapping it to his waist, he spoke, "You didn't think I'd forget you, did ya?", chuckling to himself a little. "Alright, I got to get going." And with that he bolted out his room, shutting his door behind him.
As soon as it was closed though, he quickly broke into a moderately speeded flash step. Bounding from building to building, buzzing through the air. He made it there in great time, realizing he was there faster than he expected. Leaping down from above, he landed gently in front of the entrance below. Walking through the hallways, he noticed two just entering the meeting room. (I wonder how many are here already), he thought to himself. Making it to the doorway, he walked in a little behind the two Captains, who turned out to be Captain of Squad 10: Cerden Celebrindal, and Captain of Squad 12: 'The Brain'. "Hey there Celebrindal. Brains. How's it going?", he spoke out to his fellow Captains whilst finding his seat in suit.
"I just now remembered why Lunalia is 3rd king." Caesar looked up into the sky and rolled his eyes, LA was in shambles, so far it looked like downtown had been hit the hardest, there were skyscrapers and pieces of buildings all over the place and debris scattered the streets. Such horror pleased Caesar immensely, it was a shame that nobody was really recording any of it, what was happening looked like something out of a popular film. Instead of go to the area where Lunalia was located, the king instead chose to enter a more suburban area and start blowing up houses that he came across.
Some people were already outside, watching the horror unfold in the actual city where smoke and the light was billowing out from the fires caused by any number of terrible happenings that transpired as buildings were toppled and cars careened off the road and into smaller businesses. One street Caesar came across was unlike the others, the people seemed a lot less on edge and were piling out of their houses with guns, and other weapons, some of them running towards the fray with battle cries and even chasing the Arachnid Olvidado. "Maybe I was wrong about this place?? I can see that some of these people have fullbring abilities." One such man didn't notice Caesar and from his standing position opened his hand and dropped what looked to be a giant mirror from the sky.
"Oh my, that's fantastic dude!!!" the man turned to look at him and laughed before waving his hand to make the mirror replicate a building and topple it onto one of Caesar's favored Arachnid. "That's an incredible power that you have there, you took that spider out with no problem."
The man looked amused, "I guess so but what kind of power do you have?? Like spikes and no face, that's sick, can you show me??"
Caesar nodded, and extended his sword out about fifty feet outward, then slashed in an arc and cut the man's legs off." The guy started screaming and blood spurted from his wounded stumps and he reached out, crying, "Why?? What's wrong with you??" Caesar looked at him, the burning orange of his eyes turning black as the sword retracted to a more normal size and the man's arm started to shake. "Uh ahhhhh what are you doing!?!?!?" The bones in the arm started to snap and crunch as they imploded and in a last ditch effort to stop Caesar the man summoned a mirror but Caesar just imploded that too, then lopped off the guy's head.
"STOP RIGHT THERE, PUT YOUR HANDS UP NOOOOOOW!!!!"
the 2nd king looked behind him and turned around, there were two tanks and a team of swat officers in the middle of the road. Caesar eyed them and then slowly put both hands up and stood still. The same man whom commanded him to stop muttered something about how sick Caesar looked and instantly, his head exploded. On cue gunfire started up and Caesar was shot hundreds of times but every bullet hit him and fell to the ground useless. The troops didn't know what to do and the tanks each fired off a missile, the first hit him and caused an explosion but it seemed as if the force from it was sucked away unto nothing and Caesar once again was left unharmed.
It was getting fun already. "Interesting. isn't it??" Caesar caught the second missile and chucked it back at one of the tanks and it hit, blowing it up completely, killing three of the SWAT members from shrapnel and debris. A single slice across of his sword then slashed through the rest of the men, cutting them all in half. "What a waste," he referred to the man he killed first.
Jaakuna
The Heart of Menos Forest
It seems this is the end of the road. Coming to a large cavern that had skulls, and bones, and other skeletal-like items hanging from the edges, Jaakuna had to assume this is where the leader of the Menos Grande of the Menos Forest. As if it wasn't cliche enough, there was a sign that read...that read...
"Do..not..enter." Jaakuna read it. He had a blank stare for a few seconds until he just came out with a burst of laughter, "are you freaking kidding me? How goddamn cliche' can you get!!" It was that very reaction that Jaakuna just had to enter the cavern to see what all the buzz was. If this leader was indeed the leader, then he could provide Jaakuna with quite the challenge, or at least keep his boredom delayed for a while.
If time were to skip forward five minutes, you'd notice that Jaakuna has found himself behind a cracked wall which just twenty feet away. In that distance, Jaakuna could see the leader who was definitely obvious as it was an Adjuches, which if the research is correct, is a second level Menos.
"Well, how bout that?" Jaakuna said smiling. His killer instincts now kicked in. He tightened his fist, which now became surrounded by a fire-like spiritual pressure, and soon his whole body began to do the same. He was ready for combat, and he was ready to kill.
Jaakuna stepped out, and when he did he saw their leader in all of it's ugly glory. It had multiple snake-like hair strands which were apparently alive. It had a silver-metallic body tone, and it seemed to be composed of a special spirit particle that gave it a steel-like resistance. And by the looks of it, there was a gun-like weapon attached to its hand.
just lovely Jaakuna thought.
"you better be ready. I'm going to rock your world like a freaking hurricane."
Cerden
Head Captain's Quarters
One minute ago, Cerden had The Brain hanging like a rag doll by his captain's coat, now they are politely waiting the arrival of the other captains. Surprisingly, Tb and Cerden are the first ones to arrive, which is very odd. Usually Reimi is the first to come. It depends on if she's not watching Human Sports or whatnot.
"Damn it, where is everyone?" Cerden said taking a seat in the correct chair. "formalities, oh how i hate them with a passion." Cerden went on in a nonsense banter.
Cerden took a quick look around the area, and his eyes landed on the Head-Captain. "Still hard to believe our leader can be someone so young.."
Skip forward three or four minutes, and the other captains began to arrive. First off was the rather cheery Genji, the Captain of Squad Seven. While Cerden doesn't hate the guy, he doesn't really like his coldness to the other captains. It really gives him the urge to want to clobber the poor guy. It's a shame too cause he admires the guy's strength.
After he found his seat, which was a few seats over from Cerden, but on the opposite side. Genji then proceeded to greet TB and Cerden. Cerden put on a rather cheery, but still creepy smile as he pretended to not act hostile. "Genji, you sure took your sweet time to get here?"
Cerden wanted to keep his attention on Genji, but he looked away for one minute, and he saw what he thought in his mind at that moment as the next Mrs. Cerden Celebrindal. "Holy moley, who's that hotstuff of a chick?"
