Hundreds of years after the battles with the Espada. Long after the siege of the bounts. And long after the reign of Head Captain Yamamoto. The Soul Society is thriving.

With an era of peace that has spread over the land, everyone is filled with joy, and the times are that happiness. With little hollow attack, no major threat of enemies to wreak havoc, the 13 court guard squads are rarely needed in the way they once were. The once deadly Arrancar are now scattered and few. Their forces diminishing to a non-threatening standpoint. All is right in the world...

Or so it seemed.

Somewhere deep in the far corners of Hueco Mundo, a great terror that hasn't been seen over 5000 years has awakened. Once risen before, this great darkness has plagued the world previously. It's power nearly decimating everything we now know. But with the help of Captains of old, along with strong magics, it was finally defeated and sealed away. Put into an eternal slumber, and sealed inside a hardened cocoon of reitatsu.

Now so many centuries later, it has awoke from it's slumber. This evil is the Olvidado, or "The Forgotten". Stronger and in competing size as the hollows, the Olvidado are a spreading, vicious kind of beings that take over and destroy anything in their path. Ranging in size and stature, the random underlings of these creatures can take on many different froms. Some appearing as packs of disfigured hounds, while others can look like huge warriors, and large beasts. They are brown in color, as if drenched in mud, with spike protusions all over their body. They're faces look like ravenous creatures, with large protuding facial features and razor-sharp teeth. Every Olvidado is recognizable as such due to it's glowing orange eyes that everyone of them has.

All these beasts come from one group though. The Olvidado Kings. There are 6 of the damned beings all-together. Each one being stronger than the last. The Kings are the first ever of their kind, and with their growing power and mastery of reitatsu, they can summon armies at their command. And at the head of all these armies, is the first in-charge. High King Marko Hellion.

An angry and spiteful person; Marko is the embodiment of hatred. He hates all living things that aren't his own. He believes his kind to be the greatest kind, and with this in mind, also thinks it should be the only kind. Thus, his assualt on the seritei so many years ago.

The Olvidado Kings are the only form of the Olvidado that are the closest to humanoids. Each having human like hands and faces pearing out through their robes and armors. While they still are covered in brown spiked plating, these Olvidado wear human-like clothing. Customary things, similiar to that of the normal clothing of the Soul Society. One's not to be fooled by this though. The Olvidado Kings some say are truly more vicious and heartless than even the monsters that spawned from them.

Now is the time to fight. As the Olvidado's numbers slowly grow, and the inevitable assualt on the seritei is in the near future... who's side will you choose? Where will you be when the fate of the very world hangs in the balance?

This is a reboot of an old RP. Any one is allowed to join, and all sorts of character types are optional.

1. Absolutely no godmoding. No exceptions.
2. No Power Playing. Unless you have an okay.
3. Language can be as vulgar as the site allows, and romance can be anything PG-13. Just no sexual stuff. Though I doubt it'd even have a chance to happen.
4. If you can't post for awhile please let me or someone else know. It sucks to get stuck cause no one knew you were out of town.
5. Post at least one paragraph everytime you post. It's hard to progress a story when you only put a sentence. Okay in certain circumstances.
6. Character limit is at two. I don't like when people make too many than they can handle and don't keep up with them all. So two.
7. NO PERFECT CHARACTERS. I get it, you're guy is really powerful, that does not mean he never gets hurt and destroys everything in his path. Be reasonable.
8. Be kind to everyone in the RP. No flaming or hating. Utterly not allowed.
9. Please try and post around twice a week at least. Once again, helps with the flow of the RP. Obviously.
10. Lastly, HAVE FUN. It's an RP. Enjoy it.

Personality: Hikari is your average, growing, free spirited, young adult. He loves to see amazing feats, enjoys the rage of battle, and is impressed by the simplest of things. His lack of perseverance often pins him in tough spots, but his care-free, happy go lucky demeanor allows him to flow with the wind and usually end up where he needs to be without even knowing it. He is still getting over his fascination for the whole Soul Society. It seems like everyday he see's something new. In his eyes he can never stop learning, and in turn can never stop teaching. He loves everything about his life and doesn't want a single thing to change. He is seemingly the perfect eternal optimistic.

Bio: Hikari was your average teenage anime loving, video game playing, lacrosse fanatic. Though his mother died at birth and his father died several years later from alcohol abuse, he was quite the optimistic. He seemed to have a niche in all realms of life, but never knew what his calling was. Hikari began to see spirits at the age of 5. Th is when he first met his mom, who happened to be a soul reaper. Ever since then he has been aiding lost souls in finding there way home. Due to him taking such an extraordinary task, at such a young age, he has ran into a wide variety of hollows. He has ran into a few tight situations where, thanks to his mother, he was able to survive and continue helping. This caused him to want to train more in the art of the sword. At his school he participated in the kendo club and the fencing club. Though he wasn't the best, he was easily the most spirited of them all. His biggest interest was spending time with friends and practicing his wide variety of skills. It seemed like for every event he participated in he had a best friend that always had his back. Hikari was pretty popular in his school, but honestly liked to keep a low social profile. The most your average person would see him doing is walking to or from class, or calmly socializing with an associate of his.

Hikari's raging desire to help people often attracts a wide variety of people. In the world of the living he would run into people that knew him and he didn't even know them. Yet, he would still aid them in the best way that he could. Hikari came to realize that anybody who has a huge amount of companions is destined to have one enemy. This one person happened to be one of those random cases where he didn't know them, but they clearly knew him. At a lacrosse game, during the summer break of his graduation year, Hikari and a few graduated players had got together for a small recreational game. Hikari's team ended up losing to the older lacrosse players, but this is where Hikari met the love of his life. Her name was Yubi. Hikari raced to her, and gained her friendship. Ironically this was the little sister of one of the older Lacrosse players.

Hikari was the star of his lacrosse team, and Yubi's brother was always second in line. Yubi's brother began a grudge against Hikari, and always challenged him. This made Hikari stronger, but it simply drove Yubi's brother to insanity. Eventually Yubi's brother disappeared from their lives. Yubi didn't want to pursue a greater education, and instead wanted to simply help the helpless of their small town. Hikari choose a life beside her, instead of pursuing any of his prominent talents. Hikari came to find out that Yubi could also see spirits. Yubi was more focused on helping them than she was about the people in the living world. Yubi was a descendant of a Quincy, something that Hikari had not met before, and taught him how to defend himself against hollows. Hikari and Yubi fought beside each other for close to a year. They had began talking of marriage in the future. Hikari and Yubi knew that they loved each other and would never leave the others side. Then one day a hollow, at the Adjuchas level, claimed a group of lost souls that the two had been aiding. This hollow had claimed to be Yubi's brother. The hollow then beckoned Hikari in a challenge. Hikari refused to destroy him. When the hollow attacked Hikari, Yubi tried to stop it. She had succeeded, but easily recognized she was out of her league. Hikari, then began to fight off the high classed hollow with all he had.

The two had fought valiantly, but where running out of stamina to continue. A soul reaper came and attempted to aid them, but he to was to weak. When Yubi's brother killed the soul reaper with hardly any energy at all, it became obvious that he was toying with them. Hikari and Yubi had escaped while the soul reaper fought the hollow. They made their way behind the battleground to find the soul reaper clinging on to his last remnants of life. The soul reaper gave Hikari his powers and Hikari utilized Yubi's knowledge of traps to injure her brother. This ended the battle, as Yubi's brother did not expect to be injured. Hikari returned to his body later that day, and Yubi had made a celebration for their success. At the end of the party they had a moment of silence for the lost souls. In the middle of their moment, Yubi and Hikari lookd up at each other upon sensing a strong spiritual pressure. Yubi looked discerned, while Hikari had a smile of his face. Hikari embraced Yubi and they where destroyed by a wave of Cero.

Hikari had been turned back into his soul reaper form, while Yubi had taken a different state. It seemed she had already been in this form, because he had a chain attached to his chest while she did not. In turn, they fought Yubi's brother with all they had. In the end they though it was over, but Yubi's brother had sent other hollows to attack them as well. Yubi told Hikari he would need this time to become a shinigami, and left Hikari with a kiss while taking the hollows with her. Hikari tried to follow her, but instead found himself in a meadow, suffereing from the pain of his encroachment. As he fought the process of hollowfication, he could not get over the pain of losing the love of his life, along with his body. His emotional pain hindered him from thinking straight and this spiraled into him giving up on life. As he lay there, his Zanpakuto called to him. He entered the spirit realm and conversed with his sword on what was going on.

The Zanpakuto told Hikari what he needed to do and how he could succeed in defeating the process of encroachment. With an excess of time on his hands, Hikari began the process. His task was to show his Zanpakuto that he had what it took to wield such a powerful being. Hikari immediately began to attack the Zanpakuto. When the Zanpakuto dodged his attacks then flew towards the sky, Hikari jumped to follow with no hesitation. This caught his Zanpakuto by surprise. Hikari tried to attack the Zanpakuto in the sky and began to fall, but due to Hikari's tendency to become oblivious to his surroundings, he ended up falling great lengths and landing in a liquid like substance. The Zanpakuto continued to beckon Hikari's proof of prowess. Eventually Hikari began to realize his weakness. As Hikari swam to the top of the liquid, the gravity changed and he scaled the building. His Zanpakuto realized the change in persona and spiritual dominance. Hikari had came to the hypothesis that his place was what you make it. So Hikari began to manipulate the scenery without attacking the Zanpakuto and letting the scenery do it for him.

The building stretched so high that it seemingly had no top, and that is what Hikari wanted. He wanted to continously bombard his Zanpakuto with various elements. As they scaled the building, Hikari cause violent waves of catastrophes to strike his Zanpakuto all of which seemed to have no effect. As he climbed higher the Zanpakuto began to attack. It released its sword and began to use a winged star. There were feather like objects flying towards Hikari that he could hardly dodge, but dodged none the less. With a shift in gravity or a blast of water he could easily defend himself. Eventually they reached so high that they were inside of the sun like structure in the sky of his spiritual world. Hikari had been focusing all his attention on this moment. Once they reached the sun his Zanpakuto waited out side of the ball of light and gas. Hikari and the Zanpakuto then had a conversation that would change Hikari's demeanor for the rest of his life. Hikari had to chose which ray of the sun was his Zanpakuto. Almost as if it were the only one there, Hikari took a few steps forward and grabbed a single beam of light shooting towards the sky. The Zanpakuto then told Hikari her name was Yunikon, and said all you have to do is say my name and you will be free.

Hikari began to ponder about the point of living on. Yunikon considered this selfish and they began to have their first inner struggle. Hikari would continue to pass in and out of his inner being through meditation, but the awkward thing is, he refused to call his Zanpakutos name. For the longest Hikari traveled the spirit realm as a sub soul reaper. Without the soul society knowing of his whereabouts, he traversed the land looking for Yubi, hoping that one day he would run into her. A month passed, then two. His chain had finally gotten down to a mere fragment of what it was. Upon it withering to the last 6 Hikari entered his inner self. Yunikon told him that she would continue to fight, just as Hikari has. Though the Zanpakuto believed in Hikari, Hikari felt otherwise. The test to see if Hikari was strong enough to wield his Zanpakuto was one thing, but Hikari was going through an inner test of him questioning whether he was worthy of such honor. Eventually Hikari asked the Zanpakuto and they decided that full out battle would decided that. Hikari was destroyed within one blow, and took this heavily. The Zanpakuto began to explain the situation to Hikari, as he lay discouraged of prolonging his existence. On the outside he became a hollow, but on the inside the Zanpakuto had considered him a dear friend and would not allot him to waste his spirit. Using the memories of Yubi, Yunikon released Hikari's spirit from depression, and Hikari broke from the binds of his hollowfied form.

Hikari arrived at the soul society and began to go through the ranks, while hiding the fact that he had been a hollow of such immense prowess. Eventually he gained the rank of lieutenant and the soul society questioned his spiritual pressure when they where thinking of replacing the head of Kido Corps for treason. Hikari was then forced to battle the previuos Kido master as an order of excecution. In this battle Hikari had known that the man from Kido Corps had an advantage, due to his reputation on the battlefield, but Hikari also felt the growing anger of the hollow inside him. When Hikari finally lost control of it, he had turned into a his visored state.

The lack of bone on his body simply made the council believe he had broken some type of spiritual barrier, but since he was no longer conciously controlling it, the hollow continued to manifest itself in his spirit. The captain overwhelmed Hikari and pushed back his Visored spirit. Hikari broke from the temptation of his hollow and then continued to battle his captain, even though he knew that the captain was holding back. The battle was on verge of ending, when suddenly time seemingly stopped for Hikari. He was brought into his inner world, after the spirit of his hollow had manifested. The difference was subtle, minus the huge ball of darkness that hung in the sky. Upon reaching the home of his Zanpakuto he was greeted by a face he didn't see often. The only time he had met this spirit was when he learned to use his Bankai. Her name was Suta, and she was the darkside of his Zanpakuto.

Suta told him that relying on the spirit of the hollow isn't always a bad thing. Though he just released that spirit and it took control, he could utilize similar powers and it not render his spiritual conscious inaccessible. Suta best describes things in combat and began to attack Hikari, to show him what the brink of defeat looked like. Hikari quickly came to realize the true strength that Suta held. Within a few moments she had already exhausted Hikari and had him remembering dire times of his life. Suta then began to express how his hollowfied powers can boost his strength to surpass even hers. Yunikon then interrupted their fight and reassured Hikari in his choice. She also stated that she would personally aid Hikari in utilizing the power so that it doesn't fully consume his mind. Upon gaining full confidence in his choice, Hikari decided that it was time to finish this, and left his inner soul.

Hikari repelled the oncoming attack, and began to rise his flow of energy. Instead he only prolonged the inevitable and the captain gained the upper hand. Hikari felt something change in himself. As he defended himself he heard Yunikon give him several instructions. Hikari decided that he had nothing to lose by listening to her. Hikari then called out the two halves of the Zanpakuto and went into his Bankai state. The spirit of Hikari's hollow had now started to scratch at his insides. Hikari did not want to release the hollow, but had a feeling that he should. As the battle raged and the Captain continuously upped his game as necessary, Yunikon then reassured Hikari in letting lose, once again. Hikari waited until the perfect time and then released his inner barriers holding back the feeling that was so similar to the Hollow feeling he had just experienced. This moment shifted the tides in spiritual prowess and Hikari stood on equal ground with his former captain. In the end, Hikari defeated the council declared that Hiakri was a threat to the Gotei 13. Hikari had reverted back to his normal state, with the aid of Yunikon, and began to explain his powers.

The council then realized that this was not the first time that somebody held these powers, and last time there was a person who utilized this type of prowess they maintained a state of being that was more beneficial to the Gotei 13 than it was harmful. The council had decided that Hikari may actually be of use and also made their declaration of Hikari being a threat unclassified and stored into their collection of discarded files. As the council began to dismiss Hikari, they were interrupted by a sole presence. Hikari looked back and noticed the figure immediately. He lifted his hand towards her and tried to say her name, but couldn't speak. She bowed to the council and smiled at Hikari. As the warm feeling of being comfortable set in his heart, Yubi's facial expression changed. She grabbed the captain and disappeared with his body almost just as fast as she smiled at Hikari. Hikari then broke down. The Onmitsukido arrived and spoke of the intruder. The council the told the force to follow her. Hikari asked if he could go as well for a first mission and the council jokingly blew him off. As Hikari stood confused and yet slightly satisfied to know she was okay, they promoted him to rank of 5th Squad gate captain.

Zanpakuto Name: Yunikon

Sealed Form: Due to his vast amount of spiritual energy, his Zanpakuto does not have a sealed state at the moment. He is still unable to completely control it. So his zanpakuto rest on his back, and resemble 4 separate wings that extend from his shoulder blades and his waist.

Release Phrase: "Yunikon no Hoshi!"

Shikai Apperance: Yunikon He wields 2 at a time. One in each hand.

Shikai Powers: Kosen has the element of light reinforcing its every move. It also has the ability of flight.

Hyper Drive: Hikari inserts 4 jewels in the center piece and causes it to start spinning at with a high velocity. The center piece begins to emit a glimmering glitter like substance that shines the same color as the jewels Hikari inserted. Given the color of the jewel, the wings can take on the effects of different elemental properties. The wings don't look very different, but the back edge of the wing begins to glow the color of the jewel, while the feathered part continues to glisten in a vibrant neon white color followed by streaks of a shimmering glitter like substance.

Red: Lava: This status burns through objects within seconds. When struck with water, it weakens the searing heat effect, causes it to act with Earth qualities, and it's strikes are seemingly more dense.

Yellow: Earth: This status causes the object to feel unnaturally dense and heavy upon each strike. When hit with fire, it causes the weight and density to lighten but, unless fire is continuously contacting the wings, the Earth will take on a hardened metallic state. This causes the weight to still be lightened, but the density in spiritual energy is heightened.

Orange: Fire: This status leaves a flame on the edge of the wings. As the orange dust falls off the wings upon attacking, it latches on to spiritual energy and deteriorates it. The flame does not literally burn on the outside, instead it eats away at his opponents spiritual pressure, until it is depleted, the wings contact an ice element, or Hikari changes the attributes of Kosen.

Green: Wind: This causes the wings to send a vast amount of vibration into his opponent's weapon or body upon contact. This vibration is a side effect that is also followed by a lack of balance and stability. The tornado like characteristics also make contact with the wings feel as if a gust of high speed wind is powering each strike. Has no weakness

Blue: Ice: This status causes the movement and rising of an enemies spiritual energy to slowly come to a freezing halt. The ice element sends a chill through its enemies and their weapons upon contact. Status is only weakened by heating their body.

Purple: Gravity: This status adds weight to an enemies weapon, and lightens the weight of their body. The purpose of this element is to throw the persons center of gravity off, and cause the weapon they are holding to gain weight and density. At the max of the effect the opponent can become immune to gravity while their weapon can hardly get off the ground. These effects are caused by contact.

White: Light: This is the original color of the wings. It's effects simply purify Hikari's body and make it easier to rise his spiritual energy.

Black: Darkness: This effect is brought from the spirit of his hollow taking over. The particles that fly from the wings are a cyan green. The effects of these particles are they act as miniature blades. Each strike feels as if thousands of putrid souls have taken a bite from your spiritual essence.

Gust of Distraught: Spheres of the dust particles are sent flying at high speeds towards his opponent. Causing whatever effect they carry to intensely strike his enemies body.

Pillar of Light: The 2 stars begin to spin in opposite directions and the particles attract each other. They create an empty space between them, which is surrounded by the particles that the wings emit. The wings begin to lengthen their vertical distance from each other, spin faster, and emit more particles. Upon reaching top speed, the stars begin to shine and a burst of spiritual energy is shot between them. The spiritual energy then takes on the attributes of the particles and surges through whatever is caught in the middle. This technique also emits a vast amount of particles into the atmosphere, causing all nearby objects to succumb to the effects of them.

Bankai Name: Suta to Yunikon

Bankai Appearance: Suta to Yunikon : The star sits on his back when it is open, but when it is closed it resembles a dagger and sits on his belt.

Bankai Powers: In his bankai form Hikari has the ability to manipulate the flow of light with his sword. It is easily absorbed, dispearsed, and destroyed.

Imbuing Light: This is the name of the light that comes from Yunikon. Its sole attribute is to purge whatever it contacts. When it makes contact with another Zanpakuto it decreases the spiritual connection between the Zanpakuto and its wielder, as well as begins to eat away at the spiritual energy they possess.

Raging Darkness: The shuriken he holds emits a dark flame like substance that consumes spiritual energy.

Stray Comet: Hikari flicks his star towards his opponent, at great speeds, with his sword followed by a beam of light. The beam of light acts as a whip and allows Hikari to sling the star around at will. Hikari may also disperse the energy contained within the star at any point due to the connection between the weapons.

Pelting Twilight: Hikari uses the power of light and darkness to send several elemental air blades towards his opponent.

Piercing Light: Hikari can thrust a beam of light from his Rapier at breath taking speeds, and shoot similar beams from his sword in a in a similar manner.

Rage!: Hikari can boost the efficiency of his Zanpakutos elemental emission rate. This causes all his attacks to accumulate a wider range and his combat is heightened by grandeur. His speed is raised along with agility.

Crusade: His sword is imbued with light and his shuriken is consumed in darkness. His movement and strength are heightened. His tactical mindset begins to take over his approach at a battle, and he uniquely utilizes his talents assets.

Lock-On: Hikari stabilizes his rapier inside of he hole that is in the middle of his star and uses it as a scoping device. Once he locks on to his targets spiritual pressure he shoots out beams of light that act as homing missles.

Visored Techniques: His visored status and techniques can only be accessed from his original state. This state doesn't have an techniques, it simply enhances his movement speed, agility, and tames the spirit of his Zanpakuto.

Cero Manipulation: He can shoot cero from his bare hands, sword, and from his legs.

Fullbringer Techniques: This form can only be reached through his bankai state. The armor made by this form is his natural hollow spiritual energy mixed with his own. Rift: Hikari swings at speeds faster than the speed of light and causes the light of his sword to lag, and the excess energy is now more of a wire of searing hot free energy than a solid blade of energy.

Rise from the Rift: While Hikari is using his Ages Reminiscence technique he can erect the lagging energy and extend his blades. While the blade is forming to his sword it follows the path that Hikari made, for a moment becoming an invincible wall of energy, but while the sword is extending, anything in the path of its extension cut through.

Appearance:
A tall, raven-haired man, thats got hair long and flowing. It drapes past his shoulders. Styled with one side parted and the other droops over his left eye. His two eyes are an insidious lilac color that are rather crisp and hardened. His cheeks aren't too protruding and well sloped downward. The proportions of his face are thin, yet he's quite the colored face.

His body type is average and his proportions are filled. His upper body is built, toned, but his arms are average in proportion to his mid-section. He's often found wearing a ceremonial shihaksho, with a bandaged around his right arm reinforced by chains. His robing is unaltered like a few captains, but he prefers sleeveless. But when it comes to impressing the stealth force, he doesn't mind demonstrating what speed is.​

Personality: A naturally uplifting and at times peaceful man. He speaks sometimes in an orderly fashion and at other times he's merely quiet and observing. A great deal of his character goes unexposed from his memories on earth and learning 'not to talk about yourself'. While he's semi-social, he's wary and choosy about his topics of discussion. Aside from that he's cooperative and legit in terms of a stand up guy.

Pakkun was a nickname he recieved by his sword master Jin when he was a child. Despite the nature and history of the dead kenjutsu, he taught him to utilize it both with and without morals. In his experiences, Athel's choice of persona came to directly effect how the spirit of his zanpakuto manifested.


Bio:
Athel had a pretty standard life. The regime he lived in was far from technology and where having even a dull blade really meant something. His country was drenched in both blood and war. As one would imagine, with how things waged it wasn't long before his own home came under siege and was burned to the grown. At the tender age of six, Athel was separated from his parents, they were forced into slavery and Athel into an orphanage.

At a young age, he perceived the flames of his house were due to the men striking it down. However, to his ignorant self as a child he came a later realization. The men that abducted him were in reality being hunted down by what he'd later come to know as 'hollows'. Upon failing to devour the souls of the men in question, their house suffered and the boy was quickly exposed to the existence reitasu at the age of five. It was here, he reserved some awareness and power which began to develop as an orphan.

While he was an orphan, his vision of wholes became present. Seeing what he could only assume to be ghost hovering from the lost lives of the war that waged. As his sense got stronger, it made him noticeable to a local sword master and head of a dojo within the area. The master was enlisted as a mercenary for war, and in ability to sense higher awareness within individual, Athel was quickly spotted. A little business, Athel was then adopted by whom he'd refer to as Jin-daifu and sensei alike. He gave Athel the nickname Pakkun playing off an shougi tactic he often used that was 'untraceable'.

Jin-daifu was an interesting parent, and a rather harsh master. For what it is that Athel endured, substantial leaps he made in morality, ability, and his capacity overall. He was shown the way of self defense both by the kenjutsu arts, and jujitsu arts. His adoptive parent would even take him on assignments where he'd have an evaluation of how to apply that cool killing intent and swordsmanship. Athel at first cringed at the sight of everything, but slowly built his immunity by age nine where he began to evolve in his years of training with a five kilogram reverse-blade sword.

Fifteen. This was about the age that he reached when he was joined with his parent and teacher on the battlefield full-time. The conveyance of skill and power were more than he could take credit for. With years, endless sessions, and the knowledge he'd applied everything. His other abilities seemed to manifest around this time. His father explained to him the counter-balance of this world and the next. How his age of japan, its legends of supernatural beings that dwelled on the opposite side of Karakura Town. Hollows, Wholes, and Soul Reapers and he even explained how Pakkun was able to see them. That the boy wasn't hallucinating seeing black robed samurai free the souls of the ghost (wholes) and slay much larger spirit-based monsters, the more common called Menos Grande.

It was a lot to take in, but it had to be true if his master was telling him this. Strangely enough, he was beginning to question if Jin-daifu were human? Though about this time, the wars were at their brutal points and defending Karakura even with the help of two well handled samurais would be difficult. It was a struggle, with the invention of the very first Gatling guns, modern arts were weeding out martial like no tomorrow. He found himself, portaling at every turn to escape. Yet pinned outside of a compounded filled with enemies. His breath beat heavily, as he was with his master in a 'breach and clear' pinch.

In a valiant effort they stormed the fort, but were cut down after a few minutes of cutting through most of their third wave. Arms torn, blood spilt, one hadn't seen such a horrific sight. As Pakkun began to loose consciousness, he felt his master's souls migrate along with his own. To wake up in Soul Society, here...his suspicions confirmed. Yet hasn't found his master on this side, and its been eons.

Like waking up from a nightmare on his bed, Athel often reminisces on his past and as captain of the second division he's the apologetic type. Sorry that he couldn't fufill his master's wish and remain alive. But things at the current time, other things are far more important.

Zanpakuto Name: Sairentoサイレント Ōji王子
Sealed Form:
The grip is thin, and the blade is broken. About one inch of steel occupies the silver blade. Guard is something of a box shape, pulling into the form of a trapezoid.

Shikai Appearance:
His blade shrinks and becomes the size of a portable dagger. The guard is now gone, and the blade itself is black, and shaped like that of an oval. There is a hoop at the very edge of the grip where Pakkun slides his fingers through.​
Shikai Powers:
Veil/Cloak - He exits the battlefield's awareness and his presence, reitasu, everything is relinquished. Outside of awareness of which supersedes the senses.

Jamming Capabilities - His second ability, whilst done after the shikai is active, comes with hindering the enemies ability to sense reitasu. Generating a field, through which others would trace flash steps, sonidos, or fullbring's methods of speed. His jamming capabilities also greatly hinders the senses and will cause a film grain effect of vision, which grows worse and becomes static, the longer Athel remains hidden.

Bankai Name: Sairento サイレントŌ 王

Bankai Appearance:
The alteration of his shikai to bankai happens like nothing one's ever seen. It becomes a clothing type bankai and seems to thin and flesh itself out to where it alters his shihaksho and its ultimately apart of his bankai. That dagger transforms into a suit of armor and from the sides and ends reishi is being sucked into and disappears inside the armor floating behind Pakkun. Much of the shikai abilities are retained, this is the silent king in a physical manifestation. It will appear like a floating body plating of armor at first, but upon assimilating a massive amount of reishi the limbs form beyond. The armor feels like an ethereal ghost, in addition to being worn, it can also appear behind Athel, if this happens, he removes his cloaking technique as he has to wear the armor to remain concealed.

Bankai Powers:
Kyomuu 虚無 (Nothingness)

Taking in reishi from the surrounding area to complete the armor, Pakkun wears it and enacts his more destructive abilities only found in the final release. Often in used in the immediate eradication of a Menos Class hollows such as Gillian, Ajuchas, and Vasto Lordes. He generates a field that cripples the reishi and reitasu within it and dismantles it in one fail swoop sucking it all in and removing its conscious nature from the fray. The technique is limited to its diameter of ten feet in length, its range of dissociation is thirty feet and will react to things the wielder desires to have deconstructed.

Kakureta Sekai 隠れたの世界 (Concealed World)

When someone or something is broken apart by Kyomuu, it immediately materializes into Kakureta Sekai. Here, matter, reishi, reitasu are all floating at the mercy of the surroundings. It appears as an endless black, but nothing that enters the world can ever escape unless released by the Silent King's wielder. Upon defeating hollows, you'll find if they are killed by his bankai technique, in pieces their reitasu lingers and fills the infinite space of the world. Everything aside from the holder is unconscious and cannot inhabit the world or more prominently, they're dreaming with it.

Kakureta Sekai, once here he can form matter with the collected Reishi and materialize it in Karakura, Huceo Mundo, Soul Society, or pretty much anywhere. He often uses the reishi to mimic bala attacks used by arrancar and he increases the speed and friction to make them combust.

Eien no owari 永遠の終わり (Eternity's End/Endless Silence)

His final act. Final meaning the issuing of an order that is irrevocable and embarks down the path of being unable to retrieve his own life. The Silent King's armor fuses with him, creating a smooth layer of metallic skin that emanates with a black layer of reitasu thats almost unnatural. Pakkun's eyes remained closed even here, as he tips the helm now merged to his crown, he creates a behind him a mechanism that branches out and splices a number of tendrils. The tendrils act as a separation mechanism from one state to another. Easily suggesting it can downgrade a bankai to a shikai, and shikai to sealed state, but thats just one aspect.

When used on enemies of a much higher caliber, when they're united with a much more powerful force, it rends and splices them apart from what empowers them. With the tendrils acting as a clause for dismembering foes that normal means can't subdue, no matter how frivolous the resistance this would work. The cost is great, and Pakkun's Saketsu and Hakusui are severed at the end of his technique. It takes a while, but his powers eventually evaporate and he's subjected to a recovery period (coma) of no longer than about eight months, that time where his body is no longer harboring any lingering reitasu.​

Abilities/Kido:
Mujunshin Kenjutsu - A dissimilar form of kenjutsu taught to slaughter your enemy in a rather deceitful fashion. The dojo was banned in an early regime due to the outbreaks and death rates that climbed. Essentially the user is pushed to a such a high level conscious awareness, giving them more leeway to predict the threshold of his opponent. Its gives them 'killer instinct' and untempered emotions, to move and strike powerfully. The agility of practitioners was perceived 'inhuman' and at the speed interpreting enemy movement, dodge ability timed to a fraction of a second, and reflex.

PseudoAerial Force - Generated by his earthly training, as a human he was later able to force lift is restraints. Swinging his blade fast enough the air cracked beneath the speed of the swing. For example, he could rupture a wall thats eight inches thick and peel it open with a single swing. He is also able to mix his reitasu with his natural strength and reinforce his blows to give them cutting power.

Species: Leon is a member of the race known as Darkloids, a race born of a disease called corruption that has twisted their bodies and linked their minds together in a hive mind with the sole purpose of assimilating new members through spreading the disease, the mental link is strengthened in those who they directly infected allowing them to share powers through the genetically identical corruption strains passed on from the original carrier to the newly infected, however the strength of these powers wanes the farther apart these individuals currently are, thus making most darkloids a minor to mid level threat, he was also a former soul reaper, and thus still uses his Zanpakuto, though he remains reluctent to commune with it's spirit out of shame of his current state of existance.

personality: Leon is a social individual, his many years of being part of the darkloid hive mind having instilled an appreciation of bonds between different individuals and a deep respect for the lives of his comrades, this more often than not has led him to use his powers to protect those he fights with even at the possibility of great harm to himself


Bio: Leon was among the first darkloids, having been at ground zero of the release of the corruption disease many years ago as a result of being a part of the hollowification research which spawned it. and was thus infected with so much of the original disease that it became part of his very being; in the resulting chaos caused by the release Leon rampaged through the area. infecting many of the creators of the corruption and forming the basis of what would become the hive mind of the darkloids.
as time passed and the ranks of the darkloids grew Leon and the other five original darkloids slowly regained their memories and realized what they had become, feeling remorse for their deeds of infecting so many beings and consequently destroying many of the minds of those infected; Leon tried to convince his fellow Archlords to sacrifice themselves and free the darkloids with remaining free will from the collective's mental link.
unfortunately the other Archlords could not bear to relinquish the power they had gained, and instead exiled Leon,seeing his unique power of a remote link to all members of the darkloids as a danger to their power.

Bankai Appearance: in Bankai Lucifer turns from a sword into an ornate black and white set of armor that completely covers Leon except for the claws on his hands
Bankai Powers: while covered in his Bankai armor Leon is able to utilize the combined skills and memories of all those he infected, essentially channeling the battle skills of nearly an entire race; using the flames of his Shikai to form the weapons that they used in life
Abilities: Leon is gifted with a hundred years of experience in the art of the sword, and the rough make up of his flesh is about as tough as a low leveled Arrancar's Hierro, other than this he is mostly normal in terms of physical traits, equal to a man of his physical age at Peak physical and mental conditioning.

Appearance:
The first thing one will notice is that this man is rather old. His long grey-white beard, which hangs down halfway down his chest, contrasts with his tanned skin. Although he is old, he still has a head full of white hair, which comes down to his shoulders. One of his bright orange eyes is covered by a black eye patch. His full eye bows are the only way to tell his emotion based on facial features, because his mouth is covered by his mustache. Throughout his hair there are black spikes of various sizes.


His body looks frail under the big billowing robes he wears, but he's toned and muscled. One would think he was short, due to the fact he is almost always seen sitting down, but he's a towering 6'9". Under his billowing grey robes he wears a combination of plate, leather, and fur armor. On his chest, it's a golden plate armor, and on his wrists and ankles it's brown fur. All other places is black leather.


Personality:
He tends to be a bit of a know it all, mainly because he does know it all. Most of the time that is. He has trained himself to be very observant with the one eye he uses, and can take in all the details of a situation very quickly. He holds knowledge very high, saying that is the key to winning battles. He tries to preserve all forms of wisdom, mainly books, where ever he goes. His serious demeanor only begins to falters when he becomes angry. He has a very long 'fuse', however, so it tends to happen on extremely rare occasions.


He also views himself as a god and views others as tools to be used by him, to influence others, and spread the word of their 'cleansing'. He speaks in a bit of biblical dialect.


Bio:
One of the first Olvidado, Geirtýr eagerly took his place among the kings, gladly serving the High King. He fights knowing that they are kings among the unseen spirits, and gods among the living. He tells all the humans : "Bow down, for your gods have revealed themselves, and have come to cleanse the."


Fourth King Ability
Geirtýr has an ability that fits him quite well. He can absorb the knowledge of others. Through touch, he can absorb all the persons memories, everything they know, and everything they know. The most peculiar thing about this ability is that it doesn't just work with living thing. It works with virtually everything. He can touch a book and know all it's contents. He can touch a desk and know what type of wood it is, and exactly where it came from. He can dip his hand in a river and know where the water is from.

Another unusual, but more difficult, trait of his ability is that he can use it for tracking. Checking an area for who's recently passed, which may seem simple enough, becomes difficult depending on how many objects in the area, because he gets information from all of them at once.

King Armament Name
The Spear of Odin
A golden spear that he can morph and mold using his reiatsu. In the middle is a custom foam grip, and this part is always straight, regardless the form. Using his reiatsu he also makes it come back whenever it is thrown. It has three forms;


True Gungnir: In this form the spear is straight, and when thrown, it flies straight and true at an unbelievably fast speed, sometimes breaking the sound barrier.


Sleipnir Corkscrew: The shaft is twisted in a corkscrew drill shape and when it is thrown, it generates a massive tornado behind it. The actual strength of the tornado is unknown, but it can devastate a large area if thrown hard enough.


Son's Thunder: The shaft has a wicked lightning bolt shape and when it's thrown, lightning strikes where it lands


Raining Gold: Using his reiatsu he creates copies of his spear and throws them down onto his opponent. "Although it's raining gold, all I see are puddles of blood....."



Other:
On his eye patch is the Roman numeral IV.
He calls all the Olvidado that serve him his 'prophets'.
The thrown he often sits on is actually an Olvidado.​

okay...i just slapped myself for this..but did anyone else notice that we've got a template for Odin?! i mean..holy crap! Odin. sorry to sound like a spass, but..my ancestors worshiped the figure. i happen to take pride in my family history. thus..i'm quite pleased with the research put into this. i mean given it's stuff you'd find easily from study, but still, to put such work into correctly depicting the source material gets a round of applause. even the particular alias of odin you chose to use fit with the mythology, since odin used it to masquerade as a leader of men. in this situation you've put him as a king of sorts...in short, i tip my hat to you sir.

Surprisingly in his human form Daaku appears as a young man that can't be any older than eighteen or nineteen years of age. His physical looks are to some, alarmingly attractive. To others this might not be the case at all. Regardless of people's opinions Daaku is more into himself because of his own opinion and as such nothing else matters. First and foremost the way Daaku looks is classic. He looks like a snide bastard and more often than not, there is nearly always some form of smirk or smug expression etched onto Daaku's face. As mentioned previously this can either add or take away from what people think about Daaku's looks. Daaku can admit that he has a long and pretty thin nose but he feels it looks amazing in contrast to his perfected, slightly arched eyebrows and juicy perky lips. Daaku's eyes are a rather odd magenta hue that burn right into you from a simple stare from him. They radiate a type of visible force that can be seen only by those that radiate immense spiritual pressure.

Normally Daaku's hair is a deep shade of purple that like his eyes and eyebrows, have a high vibrancy. His head of hair is rather full, and tends to be kept in a shorter style that has the addition of a slightly spiky format. Even so, often Daaku's hair color varies from each appearance he makes, which makes a lot of people question what is going on with him. Without the desire for a lot of facial hair Daaku keeps his trimmed very short. This adds to the snide appearance he has at basically all times. When Daaku smiles it becomes obvious that he has a sharp set of fangs that curve and extend down past his lips at will. His tongue is also pierced and studded with an unidentifiable gem that gives off a glare so bright at times that other beings are blinded.

Usually the only thing Daaku wears on his physical person is a loincloth type adornment that has an extra flap in the front that trails down to the area near his upper thighs. Obviously this lack of a considerable amount of clothing reveals just about every bit of Daaku's body for viewing. We'll start from the bottom up. Daaku's feet are some time of perfect, as their flesh and even the shape of each toe is flawless but then coming from that, each toenail is elongated and sharpened. Being of a thinner more lithe stature, Daaku's legs aren't bulging or anything of the sort but his calves and even thighs are rippling and lined with muscle that looks completely natural on Daaku's form. Further up the groin area is covered by said clothing but the reverse side is nearly exposed in full. The lightly tanned and hairless flesh of this man's ass could make a grown man cry out of jealousy. Both cheeks are plump, rounded and have that cleft underneath the thigh that give his rear end and even tighter and more appealing appearance.

Whilst there isn't an extensive bulge of muscles on his arms either, Daaku keeps the same type format with his arms as his legs. One of the most exquisite areas of Daaku other than his luscious ass would be his chest and abdominal muscles. They're like the rest of him, not overly done and a great sight to stare at. Any area from his pectorals down to the navel is lined with thin hair. The smooth look of Daaku's upper body is aligned perfectly with the lower half as where they connect there is a ridiculously refined v-cut line.

Note that because people already know how gorgeous Daaku is and because he has dignity as a captain and the former Head Captain; Daaku more recently has started to wear an extra garment. It is a combination between a high collared jacket and a cape. Refer to THIS for a reference.

Personality: Daaku has an air of massive amusement and nonchalance that get to a lot of people just from the brashness of how he can be. Sarcasm is another part of Daaku's persona that is a part of what can define him to a tee and on top of that its extremely rare for him not to make some type of uncensored comment. The intensity of these traits make Daaku quite the interesting individual. As situations occur his constant smile and amused expressions often bewilder people. Lastly Daaku has an explicit tendency to have a love for some individuals that literally shows no bounds but his hatred for the remainder of most people is at a level even higher than that.

Bio: Oh so cliche, but a very long time ago, there was a boy who trained day and night and became the soul of battle itself, but with this came the price of always killing and ultimately becoming an evil twisted soul, that only cared for death and causing agony and pain. During his teen years however he met with an odd fate and his heart changed to that of a kind person who cared for life itself and everything that it stood for. This random change of heart was of course short lived though, as soon after he ended up being brutally attacked by some entity that he had no clue of. His body and soul split apart, and his unknown power now lost, his body started a fierce transformation into a beast known as a hollow. Something strange happened however and there was an intervention...

Seemingly before all of this could be completed, he woke up in the 78th district of Rukongai and had no recollection of his former life at all. As if everything had been sealed away, and so grew up as an orphan with several other children, who included his two "sisters" and older "brother" along with many other kids who became his best friends. Being extremely poor and having no money at all. Daaku had trouble growing up due to his enormous spiritual power. He starved most of the time and didn't understand why he was hungry all the time. This was eventually explained to him, though he still didn't understand. All of his friends died out and his sisters were killed, though his brother Garforge and him continued on and joined the academy.

He ended up being one of the first students in the school for Shinigami and was one of the first captains other than the leader of the 13. At the shinigami academy, Daaku was admitted into the top class, being very adept at swordsmanship, and demon arts. His progress was extremely fast and he learned bankai in only a year, but there were underlying problems that he tried to hide from others. During battle he had been captain of the 12th Division for a very long time and had a lot of respect from others such as his spiritual power being so dense, high in amount and compressed that he was able to stop even released zanpakutō bare-handed and with his skin, and the showing of other odd powers that were not at all shinigami related.

It was when the odd mask started to appear that Daaku became worried and took off. He accelerated his research and stumbled upon other dimensions and grew a deep bond with an entity that called himself Reforge. After this incident Daaku continued to grow ever more powerful and outclassed nearly every other shinigami that existed in his time. Overlaying realities as such stemmed a progressive effect on Daaku's being and he ceased being a shinigami and was deemed a "forge." Several years later the leader of the Gotei 13 decided to commit suicide for unknown reasons but Daaku was certain that in actuality somebody found a way to simply overpower the commander and cause him to waste away.

While existing on another plane entirely that Reforge introduced him to called Orsa, Daaku began to train how to focus his own power and use it to delve ever deeper into Orsa and use his prospects to gain the upperhand and considerable knowledge on just about everything he managed to come across in that time; a time which was lost in normal time it seemed. Developing further his powers and visiting the Vinbrus Sphere was where Daaku realized that he was stretching his existence too far as other realities he was in started to fall into chaos. As such he jumped back to another existence and was awakened as the High King of a race of beings that he'd actually created; The Essentia. He still existed in Orsa however but erased all notions of his existence from other planes. War had broken out as Daaku sought to cleanse the world of what it had done but the will of those desiring to keep existing ultimately made him change his mind completely. It was around this time that he had Lunalia as a wife and loved her dearly but she was killed in battle.

By finalizing himself on a single plane for a short period of time, Daaku battled Jaakuna and caused him as such to realize the vast forces that he had within. After this fight had ended however, Daaku completely vanished.

Nearly 700 years later Daaku has returned to the soul society and this time around he's positioned himself back as the captain of the 12th division. It seems that a loop in time has occurred...
