Blank fusion?

I went into the healing center and found a potion called "fused with" with no picture, no mp or hp or any removal status and once clicked it said to check the URL. What exactly has happened to the fusion? im unsure if i was carrying a fused set of potions or not before i went offline earlier today but if i did its replaced and if i didn't then i may have a space taken up. Im going to buy a potion now so i will see if it removes this blanked out fusion.

*Update* I have purchased another fusion and i have found the blank still there is this a problem with just me or has anyone else encountered it?
