Blacks in anime

I wanna know why almost each time i see a black charecter in anime they have those weird pink wormy lips and be black as night. Even though i'am black i'm not that dark.
i not trying to sound racist or anything i just wanna know why they draw blacks like that

Because the population of those who are of African descent (or any other dark-skinned race) is much smaller than the Japanese population. Thus, accurate depictions are hard to find.

yeah it is kinda uppseting because they make the white people look so good and make the blacks look like ugly dinosaours

hey if you want an anime with blacks who own and dont look ugly watch and read bleach. tousen, yoruchi, and don kanoji are all black i think.

sometimes you can't even tell if one is black a charecter with a tan or something.

On the subject, how come Ansem, the VILLAN, is the only character in KH1 who isn't white? (apart from those who are feathered and such, obviously). And Wakka doesn't count.
