Data Riku couldn't be a visitor... He could be sent there, but there would be no way for him to return because it takes a Keyblade Master to be able to leave the RoS

Although I had no clue about it taking a Keyblade Master to leave the RoS. Not that that changes anything--as it is, if Sora and Riku need to become Masters in order to exit the RoS, they could just take Data Sora/Riku with them.

It's possible I suppose, not sure how entering/exiting the RoS works, but I suppose you could take someone with you

That is not correct.
Yen Sid said he will consider Riku and Sora as masters if they are successful in their task and then come back.

Data-Riku could have other means to enter/leave the Realm since he's another type of being...a Data-being, that is.

To be specific, the original program from ENCOM which got apparently deleted (same as "death"/disappearance for other beings) and has therefore every merit and reason to be in the RoS.

I don't exactly see what this may have to do with Data-Riku.

Which makes since, but as to what it has to do with Data-Riku is that both are made of data... there are no special conditions for being made of it

Not special conditions for "what they are made of", but Data-Riku being that double Riku there is still possible, just like Repliku is as well.

In fact, it can be a connection to Coded (DDD is said to have strong connections to the "trio" of games after KH2) due to him and D-Sora needing to pass their knowledge on to the "flesh" versions or even having to do with Ansem the Wise's data, which is said to be a crucial plot point in DDD.

Huh... that's a really good point, almost enough for me to want to change sides... almost, (actually I'm in denial atm... While it would make since for Riku Replica to be there, if Data Riku is supposed to do something then that'd be good evidence saying that he's there... while Riku Replica isn't necessarily relevant to the plot he should be there, he just wouldn't be as important....) >.>

Well i was hoping he would fill them in of the rest in person, mabey yen sid will do so before the exam. To send repliku as a messener in the middle of the exam seem like it would be a distraction. That information would be more helpful before they enter the realm of sleep

Data Riku may possess the journal's data but that doesn't mean he is consciously aware of all its information. There is no indication that Data Riku is aware the same information that both Data Roxas and Data Namine know about.

As for the Riku Replica, I highly doubt he would want revenge. I think the Riku Replica could use his insights about Riku's darkness to help guide Riku in completely putting his shameful past behind him and embracing the absolution of redemption.
