Interesting.... But as MeilinII said, even I could make one as good as that, or even better. And i'm not that great at sewing. XD

Seems to me like it's simpley layering clothes, the jacket, shirt, pants and silver/white-ish bottoms.
Seems simple for something like that. And the necklace could be done easily.
