The night had shown no signs of change. As the heart shaped moon hung in orbit over the blackened world of Arcadia, the ascension of the Emperor beyond the sky hadn't quite happened. The feverish pitch of steel clamored along the bridge of the flagship. Wide open space, as former mercenary Salforge and General FLLFFL occupied in a heated quarrel. Beside them, a calm and untethered man that had shackles between his legs and arms.

A glimpse of the moon as he looked up, before the sound of a bladed armament made quick work of the chains. Protruding from his chest, and then making its way back. These eyes were those of a murderer, a killer that had done so many times without even blinking. It filtered into the open air as an intense sensation of blood lust was ripping off his very body down to his feet, and out of his tightly balled fist. In his vision, a woman, but not just any, she whom had obstructed him from his mission.

"If I can't do away with him, then you'll have to take his place."

Justice's words were said with a sense of unhinged emotion, pushing the sense of seriousness and urgency along quietly. Looking at his hand, it twitched almost unsettling, his body began to ungulate and chains sprang forward, about ten in total surfing around his exterior making him something of an atom. Linking together they flowed and ran together, racing at such an incredible pace, then he looked again drawing unrelenting eyes to direct his intent towards the woman.

"This Empire can conquer reality if it has to, but i'll see to it that the cycle of death never stops."

He erupted into a very callous and unforgiving laugh.

Sparks flew across the ship's bridge. The air, was heated, tingled with the scent of death as the blades of Salforge and FLLFFL clashed under the eerie glow of the overhanging Kingdom Hearts. The shadows had eclipsed Arcadia into darkness, and the world's doom was ticking closer and closer as the Emperor's power fell the world's meager resistances. Alas, his rise wasn't yet, and to the solemn night there was none but the friction of steel against steel, as Salforge, the mercenary and FLLFFL, the empire's general saw it through in their bitter enmity. To their side on the spacious bridge, there stood a woman poised in her graceful stature.

Even in the moon light her face was pristine as it always is, and yet her gaze held the fight with intense interest, watching and waiting for the inevitable outcome. An outcome she believed in wholeheartedly. Ciel's silent respect for her companion's skills was only ever exceeded by her faith in him, doubts had no place when it came to her bond with Salforge. However, she knew that she won't be able to watch him any longer for her own battle beckoned, one that has been overdue for sometime.

Chains clanked to the ground as Justice rid himself from his restraints. The once prisoner had settled in his murderous vibe, the lust for the kill latching to his very presence like his very shadow. For him it wasn't merely business. To kill was only a natural instinct, an unquenchable need to take lives. A need that demands to be filled. And all the ferocity of this need was directed at her.

"If I can't do away with him, then you'll have to take his place." He said, and she could hear the insanity that coursed through the edges of his voice.

Ciel remained silent, her gaze was quiet and intense, like the calm before the storm. The frigidness of the air lingering about her seemed detached from all the heated atmosphere on the bridge, as if all the worlds could fall apart and her icy exterior wouldn't even break. She knew that she wasn't facing a human being, it was a monster uncaged. Chains sprouted from his figure and hovered about him like planets around their sun, before they interconnected and started spinning about him speedily.

"This Empire can conquer reality if it has to, but i'll see to it that the cycle of death never stops." He said, his gray eyes filled by nothing except blood lust. The echoes of his laughter resounding in the darkened skies.

"Your very presence repulses me" She said, the poison dripping in her voice, the contempt in her blue eyes unmistakable, "The Trail of Blood this Empire has shed, I will put an end to it." Soft white light started to emanate from her, like an ethereal cloak, it wrapped her svelte form in pearly radiance. Near her right hand, the air shimmered as that mild glow grew in length, outlining a translucent shape with rapid intricateness, as if it was drawn by an artist's invisible paint brush. Soon enough the handle of her rapier, Mabataki Akari, was materialized in her grip, its sharpened blade catching the light majestically in the somber night.

"And you," she uttered, a slight smirk curved in her lips, "I shall put an end to your senseless murder." She pointed the menace of her blade at him, the wind scattered the icy blue locks out of her face, leaving the cold shivering hostility bear down at her foe.

"Come, let me rid the world of your existence."

Justice's mind wrapped around the hanging edge of this malice with a kind of sinister content. As his laughter broke even more rampant beneath the weight of the General's words, it seemed like a fair summation this was what she'd looked forward to. Initially Sir Clement had his execution set for the week that had passed, dead, but alive within FLLFFL. That much wouldn't go well for Salforge if he'd push him to the brink of releasing that kind of primal power upon him.

"Busou Renkin!" Justice let out a shrill cry. The chains that surfed around him, glint with a white light and electricity as he became covered and wrapped from head to toe. Integrating into his body, he was to become the walking device to expedite death, an executioner. "Black Justice."

His fist tightened and the air currents began to speed up condensed with small pieces of metal that he emitted from his finger tips. The noticeable change to his physical appearance, were that two square shaped rings dangled from his silver cufflinks. They were thick, easily six kilograms each. As if magnetized, they fluctuated and moved around as Justice protruded his hand to face General Odine. Truthfully these were used to regulate his direct attacks, as it hovered on a ninety degree angle forward, Justice raised his other arm to complement his other hand. Finally in position, when the rattling stopped, he'd gathered the metals he needed.

"Silver Gun!" He declared, streaming two bright pillars of light, no wider than the blade of a guillotine, being fired simultaneously. The ring on his left hand had dropped to its passive position where its twin remained up. The first shot, was that of a towering bladed beam that would punch through defense, carrying with it the cutting power of his special blades. Heading straight for Ciel no less.

"Lets erase that contemptible grimace of yours, Ciel!"

Justice let out a cry, raising his arms to cross both his shoulders. Square shaped blades appearing from the sides of his wrists. Taking his special stance, his soul erupted as he released a hellish pressure into the air, followed by his heinous laughter.

"Black Justice."

The Chains, flooded in electricity and light, retreated downwards and covered him whole, sinking into his form and becoming an extension of him. The edges of his fingers attracted a different air, and harvesting it, he gathered it into two squared rings that attached themselves to his cufflinks. Their shape and mass conveyed their heavy weight. They responded to his gestures and will like iron to magnets. So this is the released form of his kakugane...Now in place, they hovered at his hands and Ciel readied herself for what's to come.

"Silver Gun!"

Two bright pillars of light were shot at her at once. Somewhere close to her heart, Salforge's Steel Heart reacted and cubic Shells sprang forward from her being hurtling hastily right at the pillars. His Kakugane was the soundest form of defense she had ever seen, and although it had been harbored by her only very recently, she had learnt a lot about it, and one of its traits is that it sometimes reacted of its own accord. She still wasn't used to how it springs about automatically. Colliding with the pillars, the blocks instead of holding off the attack were torn apart as the columns of light continued their speedy path proving too much for the launched defense. Surprised, Ciel swiftly side rolled at the last possible moment barely dodging it. Standing to her feet again, she glanced at her left arm. It was grazed slightly by the shot though the armored defense that was instilled in her form blocked it like it was nothing. Yet still...

Ah, I see..., her face composed itself to its usual silence but her eyes lit with a knowing glint.

"Lets erase that contemptible grimace of yours, Ciel!" he yelled yet another laughter, releasing his sinister aura into the atmosphere saturating it with the pressure of his intent. Ciel felt it, the effects of a raw malicious will that would force one to succumb in fear and the grip of panic, and yet her ice ran too deep for it to scratch the surface. She was accustomed to too many murderous intents to waver, even against a potent and unsettling one as this. Her heart protected her, and yet her caution should never drop.

The soft white glow that draped her, streamed its extension to her rapier covering it as if it was dipped into light. Raising the blade in front of her, she drew a thin and intense line of light in the air, zigzagging and twirling the tip of her rapier as she extended its length until she came to a stop. Still attached to the tip of the rapier, the line animated itself, coiled and swirled around to a flick of Ciel's wrist. Its flexibility and rapid motion rendering it unpredictable, there was no telling how it would curve, spin or twist at any given moment. And yet, its blistering temperature made it all the more deadly, for even if the line was severed, the detached part would implode on itself. Alas, she was far from finished. Her left hand glowed fervently, gathering light at bright points hovering at the tips of her fingers, feeding their intensity and size till they reached the size of softballs. Her blues lit quaintly as she eyed the shining orbs on her hand, now raised to her eye level with a contemplative air.

"Hmph, Give it your best shot!" She mocked, before she waved her hand forward shooting the orbs of light swiftly at him from varied angles, their condensed heat enough to burn deep upon implosion. Her rapier alight with the long and deadly weapon, she flicked it causing to snake through the air at an incredible speed, looping through a number of swirls before it shot up and widely to the left circling around, its pointy end aimed to pierce him from behind.

She stood poised for a counter-attack, and yet her mind was still and watchful, her eyes keen and anticipating as if there was more than the eye could see. As if this was merely the opening act...

This was rightly where anything could go, paths that have some manner of miscellaneous can be changed to collide into themselves. As his sinister laugh had halted, he'd put his cold mind to the test. She was a light emitter, this was an easy summation seeing these subjugation form outside of herself. Justice's chain conjuration would prove a bit more difficult to apprehend however, his maximum range was about thirty meters. The spinning chains that hung around him in the shape of an atom extended further and oddly enough rubbed past each other creating an intense wave of incandescent heat. The red-orange rings spiraled refraining from dispensing the fluctuation of the heat inward, but constantly pushing this current outward.

As Ciel's light attacks came within range, the heat emitted from the now glowing red-orange chains had grown to disperse and combust, becoming apart of what would feel like an oven. Justice folded his arms, a thin line zipped on and through the heat. 'Is this an emission of visible light?' With no time to question it he fell backwards allowing himself to catch the steel of the bridge as he felt the curved line swim over, throwing his wrist out.

"Carcan Claw!" A chain fired from his sleeve, with a frame attached, it vice gripped the string of light, with a flick of his arm threw it outside of his spinning chains using a brief opening to send it on its way.

Tighting his grip inward the chains pulled in tighter and tighter until they condense with Justice inside. The heat still swirled outward, and he'd attached himself by the ankles and the cuffs of his wrists to steer this ball. As it spun with him floating in the center, he pushed himself and the ball towards the Icy General radiating with the intensity of the incandescent heat of his rotating chain constructed ball.
