Ahh, but you can get pre-cum from just being aroused long enough (hell just thinking about your girlfriend could give you pre-cum). Pre-cum is clear fluid that acts as lubricant, it may still contain sperm. Even if you didn't feel like coming close to ejaculating, pre-cum can still dribble out. I would still be more than slightly worried. Should have brought a rubber man... I'm not going to say all hope is lost, but do what you can.

I don't know if money should be an issue... A small pack is like $3.99, and often, there are places that distribute them for free. Hell, you can get condoms and birth control from your clinic for free without parental supervision. Basically, there's no reason why even an under aged person shouldn't be protected. It's only your life that's potentially at risk after all.
