Remember when Xemnas and Roxas were talking in the beginning of the game and Xemnas says: "He looks a lot like you." Maybe he was talking about Ven and not Sora.

Yeah I dont think he was talking about Ven. Xemnas also said something like "Ive been to see him" and Im pretty sure he was talking about when he went to fight Sora at Hollow Bastion in KH FM.

Also, in Days, it is confirmed that Nomurea is searching for the Room of awakening or what ever in CO, which is where Ven's body is located. If they had found it, he wouldn't have had the Org members looking for it the entire game. So he can't have "seen" Ven so he has to be talking about Sora.

But didn't Xehanort saw Ven? Xemnas is nobody of Xehanort, so he should still have the memories. Or am I getting the wrong picture?

He was referring to Sora, not Ven. Ven hadn't even been created by that time, I'm sure, and if my chronology is correct, this meeting at the Dark Meridian took place after Xemnas fought Sora in KHFM.

the battle in Hollow Bastain is non canon. he was refering to Ven. and why would Ven not have been thought of yet when hes in the secret ending of the game, its like saying Roxas was not thought of yet in Kh1 when hes in the secret ending of that game too.

It's a plot hole for sure. Adding Ven created such holes. Nomura didn't spin the web around the Retcon well enough.

Nope, because he says,'I've been to see him" before he says "he looks a lot like you"....no one has seen Ven after BBS as he's in CO, so obviously Xemnas was talking about Sora.
