I use to do pieces like this. The blending is really nice, the only thing that distracts me is that shard looking thing by her face, I don't know what it is, but it just bothers me. Also for all the lines and whatnot on the right side, I would try and lighten those up just a tag bit more.

I think the one thing you need to work on is cleaning up the focal area. That's pretty much what Ethan said but in a nutshell. Also, your light source is coming from the wrong point and the source seems a bit too artificial altogether. If you want tips on EXCELLENT lighting, just look at jade's recent tags. They all stress the implementation of great lighting. Or just go ask him how he does it lol
