BBS Gameplay Question

Well, I just got another look at gameplay videos of both Terra and Ven and I saw that during
gameplay they both seem to start glowing, which in turn gives them access to more powerful
magic attacks and special abilities. Does anyone know what these are? As in maybe ´forms´
or ´limit´ type attacks since there are no allies in the game.

Now that I look into these a little bit more, I think they're called Modes.

lol, seems kinda dull compared to the things they call other powers.
Although that only seems to be for that single one Terra uses called ´Fatal Mode´.
The other ones seem to have nothing to do with ´mode´. For example Speed Rave (Ven),
Fire Blazer (Terra).

I'd almost said they were Focus, but that has to deal with the orange gauge I believe.

I just found out another one from the boss fight at the end of Terra´s vid.
I´m pretty sure it´s called Thunder Jet.

fire blazer ,thunder jet ,speed rave are mode's photon rush ,star burst are shoot locks there is also D-link and focus but i know nothing of them .

yea it seems as if the more armor you have the stronger/longer the node/limit is
