Bad games with GREAT features

Ever played a bad game or a not so good game, but it had a feature that out did similar features in other games? List 'em

Terminator Salvation
The Cover system was surprisingly good, and selecting the weapons felt like Half Life 2 in a way

Army of two.
The agro system was pretty sweet, except that was all it had. The rest of the game and its features sucked.

Agro was very realstic and lead to more strategic plans.

 

[Zook]

The "nail the trick" feature of the Tony Hawk series would work a lot better in the skate series.
