It's been so long since I've played Chain of Memories, so I can't offer much advice. You seem to be at a pretty high level as it is, so I would just suggest attacking normally and using card breaks. Also, be sure to have some useful enemy cards. Then again, those are just basic tips for just about any fight.

i myself did absolutely nothing different than what i normally do for a boss battle. changing around the deck all the time gets too complicated

Stock up on ice and healing cards. And yeah...Keep hitting him. Do not slate. Unless it's a good freakin slate. I slated everytime like an idiot and was left few cards to attack.

Make a boss deck. All 0 cards. I have decks with 0 cards. and7-9 cards. Make sure you have some magic in there.
