Who says it's gunna be them, I think it's gunna be either Iroh(like you said) or a new character
But then again they said a lot of characters that appeared in only 1 episode are gunna return
It could be that guy who started to teach Aang Firebending, sorry, I know how to say his name but not how to spell it =D
