I don`t get why they call them heartless if they have hearts, it just doesn`t make sense!!!!!

It does, since "Heartless" means someone cruel, without emotions. Which is precisely what the Heartless are, despite being the Hearts.

That is one of the assumptions I've brought up, yes. Darkness - or Light - that corrupts the whole Being.
Heartless and Nobodies were formed when it crept deeper and separated the parts of the Being.

Pretty good theory, but I personally don't favor the concept of Unbirths being
'Nothing made real' because if nothing can be something, then anything can be anything.

I didn't quite understand the description of how Namine was born as Sora's
Unbirth even though she looks like Kairi and returned to her too...
In this theory, Unbirths are born when something no longer exists but
leaves a trace of self as an independent element in the world. So if the
thing that no longer exists is Sora, then why would the Unbirth born
from his memories take the form of Namine? Also, when Sora became
a Heartless, he still existed as a Heartless, so who didn't exist anymore
to create Namine?

Butt who's to say that special Unbirths aren't made when keyblade weilders lose their memories?Maybe that's why in the video you see all those keyblades in the ground and a whole abundance of Unbirths.

Sora lost his memories in CO does that mean he created an unbirth. I think not. And that still doesnt explained the abandoned keyblades. Even if they lost their memories they would still be around.

Absence of Evidence is not Evidence of Absence.
Supposedly, at one point in time there were many people with Hearts of Pure Light, but those are scarce now.
The rules of the game change over time.

Eh, but I don't really make theories that much, let alone post them. I prefer to just wonder and hypothesise about the rules/laws of the extended Kingdom Hearts Universe.

Kairi was a PoH, which means that if Namine was an unbirth then it would be a one-of-a-kind occurance, but theres more than one unbirth.
can you explain how there are so many unbirths from 7 PoH's?

Namine is the result of Kairi's Heart leaving Sora's Body while Sora became a Heartless and a Nobody, so why say Namine's an Unbirth, durrrrrr?
You're contradicting yourself if you go by that logic.
And notice I was using him as an example, not saying he was an Unbirth. He is an example of Darkness corrupting the whole Being - seeing how Sora didn't become a Heartless/Nobody then - he was himself, covered in Darkness. We have nothing saying that's not what Unbirths are, only the transformation was permanent, as opposed to Sora having it as a "Drive Form" - which is one of many possible differences between Anti Form and Unbirths.
On the contrary - Anti Form being born as a result of Sora being a Heartless would further tie it to the Unbirths - seeing how he's an exception to "being a Heartless", and Heartless and Unbirths are related.
Him being an exception to one might just make him the rule for the other.

Kairi's grandmother's faerie tale told of a time in which many people, all the people, in fact, had Hearts of Pure Light. Darkness came in as a result of loving the Light too much, which in turn spewed jealousy and hatered.
That means that now we have only 7 PoHs - that we know of - but there's nothing stopping there being more BwHoPL in the past.
Then they all became Unbirths.
