Why not?

They had a heartless machine for creating those "Emblems".
Maybe when those Emblems were created, artificial nobodies were created, too.

And if a world has a heart, logically, the heart could lead to the creation of a heartless. And so would a nobody. A NOBODY WORLD. HMMMM. Sounds like an interesting theory.

Maybe that's where The World That Never Was came from.

A nobody world.

No Nobody worlds.
For a WORLD to become a Nobody the World's hearts (which, to progress in most of the storyline, HAVE to be locked and in the case of KH2, locked and revisited.)
A world cannot turn into a heartless, it can be infested with heartless and the heartless, as seen in the beginning of KH2 Sora's role, can damage and feed apon the heart of the world.

It's illogical and kind of weird to say that one world has a strong heart, so when it turned to a heartless (which of course it can't despite your theory), it will automatically create a Nobody world.

Worlds DO NOT become Heartless OR Nobodies.

What about worlds that began "blinkin' out" as mickey said? Obviously, the heartless got to the heart of those worlds, just as destiny islands was sucked up. Obviously, the world was destroyed and the heart taken by the heartless. And you might point out that Sora wound up at Destiny Islands in the end, but i don't think that really was Destiny Islands, more like a manifestation of their memories or something. That's why Sora wound up at Destiny Islands, because his world was taken by the Heartless, because the Destiny Islands' keyhole was not sealed.

Regardless of the whole Sora and return to Destiny Islands,
The STARS that began BLINKING out, was a term, almost like a metaphor, to signify that the World's had been disappearing and being taken by heartless.
AND DESPITE THAT...
There is still no reason that there should be Nobody Worlds and Heartless worlds.

Well I am pretty sure that TWTNW was created by Xemnas. He says that to DiZ. DiZ responds by informing him that nothing he creates has a heart (or something that implies that) I think it is very possible that he found a way to harness a dystroyed worlds "nobody" before it dissapeared or something like that. I have always been under the inpression that TWTNW was a nobody world or a world with no heart. Either that or it has a fake heart...

Yes it is a theory :D a bad one (no offence).
World's don't do Heartless and Nobody! To become a Nobody you have to become a Heartless world, and the world has to have a strong heart, even saying that some worlds have stronger hearts than others, there is no proof of that. And then the shell of the world has to have free will...

As for the worlds have no hearts statement, what do you think the Keyholes are about?

I am argueing that it can't be true based on that fact that World's cannot be turned into Heartless and Nobody worlds.

They can be "called" that if their entire population is Heartless or Nobody, but still, that's not what we're taking about.

There's a difference between a Destroyed world and a World taken over by Heartless, and that has nothing to do with the World's heart turning into the darkness in it's heart.

I think keyholes are the one that leads into the heart of that world. If the keyhole was shown, it means that the heart was vulnerable to attack.
