No, they're two different things. The PoH are maidens with hearts of pure light and the GoL are light affiliated warriors that protect them. In the case of Kairi, it looks like the two occupations can intersect though.

do we know if sora, riku and kairi are confirmed guardians of light..or is it just speculation right now
i would actually not be suprised if sora turned out to NOT be a guardian of light

It can still be considered speculation I think as it hasn't been confirmed what exactly makes a GoL/why or how they're chosen and Mickey listing people off could be seen as just his opinion. SRK are strong candidates though if only because they have main character powers.

another question i have is about the true orginization 13...they are suppose to be nobodies of xenahort right
but the only ones are young xenahort, ansem, xemnas,
Xigbar and Saix are not Xenahort though..im confused

Only Xemnas in Xehanort's Nobody. Sooorrrtt ooofff. Xemnas is the Nobody of Apprentice Xehanort who was the combination of Xehanort, Terra, and Master Eraqus. "Xehanort Classic" doesn't have a Nobody in the traditional sense that we know of. The true organization is comprised of people that are either directly connected to Xehanort (Ansem, Xemnas, and YMX) and people who have been infected by Xehanort's heart (Xigbar, Saix, and most likely Vanitas).
Xehanort implanted bits of his heart into select people in hopes that they'd grow and eventually over take the person. That's why characters like Braig/Xigbar and Isa/Saix have yellow eyes; they're a sign of Xehanort. When Xehanort has Sora captured he tries to implant a piece of his heart in him, which is what we see him doing in the thrown/meeting room before Lea barges in in 3D.

Speaking of the GoL. I have a suspicion that Sora will not be one of the GoL. I could easily see Nomura throwing us a curve-ball with Sora in some way. It is more of a gut-feeling and nothing factual to back it up... yet.

I think the same thing, because I remember something about DDD having a darker ending that was changed because Disney didn't like, and Sora actually being a seeker of darkness is what I imagine it was. If i'm right, then I would imagine Nomura would at least keep him out of the lights still, if he can't be a darkness.

Sora being a seeker of darkness doesn't make a whole lot of sense, after all how could he be the protagonist of III if he was a seeker? Though I suspected that Sora probably would have succumbed to the darkness of sleep, at least that's what I was rooting for.
Though I was pleasantly surprised that Riku came out on top and saved Sora at the end.

so is it fair to say that Xenahort is going to try and gather the 7 princesses for his own selfish plans in KH3
also since Sora isn't technically a keyblade master and failed the mark of mastery...he can' t be a guardian of light?

Most likely, thought the end game plan is to get the GoL together. The PoH seem more like back up in this case.
Seeing as only three of the characters that are options for GoL are Keyblade Masters that'd be kind of awkward, lol.

hmm juat thought of this but since Kairi is both would that mean that the rest of the princess's and GoL then be 13 people of light? so 13 dark and 13 light....makes sense i guess.

This is random but about the 7 Princesse the only thing I wonder was why Alice is one of the 7. She's not a princess nor she done anything princess-ey. Kairi is a different case since it's kinda expected for the plot but Alice is completely random. Why couldn't it be an actual pricess that remained like Ariel or uh....Mulan?

There are a few princesses who aren't royal of the seven only...three, yeah three were born into royalty.
And even though Mulan's part of the franchise...she's not really a princess in any sense of the word. Ariel was a party member, it'd be odd if she couldn't join the party halfway through the game again for no reason. I like it better this way.

This has always been a head scratcher with Alice. I suppose an excuse is she has a heart of pure light, though not necessarily of royal descent. Even though she isn't the only one on the list who isn't royalty. Both Snow White and Belle technically aren't princesses at the time of abduction as well. I'm guessin Ariel wasn't picked for game mechanics wanting to have a world with her as a partner, and Mulan isn't royalty.
I guess I'm confused because unlike Snow White, Jasmine, Aurora, Belle, and Cinderella She's not a princess. Kairi is canon so i'm nothing about her.

I think it's just to show that someone doesn't have to be a princess to be a PoH. Most main female characters in classic Disney movies are princesses so the pool was rather small.
Also, Alice (in general) is insanely popular in Japan so there's that, lol
