It has blank parts in it......... Like a cloze test.........
hey... I inserted the name VEN here.
i have completed the blanks in the report but not the title....
pls help me.... i dont know if it is a fake.............

Totally hints towards Xehanort being the ES. Xehanort wrote the "Ansem Reports" but not the secret ones. Therefore, it hints at him writing it.

This is fake, Ansem Report 0 is just Ansem Report 1 from KH1
