hi i smoke marlboro nxts and i can't really stop because it's all i do to stop the constant crying

went on and off for a long while when i was 20 and then i got fired from my job in 2015 and just said
diddly it if the monster doesn't kill me the cigs will

Yeah, cigarettes are really addictive! I never took up the habit since I do have an addictive personality. I think it's probably genetic!

For some reason I can't smoke regulars I have to have menthol and I like how toothpaste-y NXTs taste compared to camel crushes. I used to smoke green Kools tho.

I've become more and more of a fan of menthol recently. My friend smokes rollies, and always uses menthol filters.
I think menthol cigarettes are being banned in 2020 though. There's also a law that is booting 10 packs instead of 20 packs.

Know the feel, dude. I just seem to get headaches more these days, and feel sick. More sick than when I started, really. I can be okay with quantity I smoke though in some manners. I've been able to go a week without smoking, and even then, I went to a party where I drank and wanted one. I hope after the party on Saturday to just cut back outright.

When I drink I smoke almost a pack but the next day I cant even smoke one cigarette without getting sick to my stomach

Here in the Netherlands we have these click cigarettes which turn menthol when you crush the ball in the filter by pressing on them so you can choose when to smoke menthol basically. They've already stopped producing them because they're too attractive to teenagers, lmao.

I have been hearing about the newer versions of electric cigarettes exploding on Dr. Oz.

Dr. Oz covers exploding e-cigarettes and man there were a lot of people that didn't like this video. Who could blame them though since the information is likely embellished a bit from people using the e-cigs wrong and one of the first commenters mentioned that over regulation is hurting the smoking industry?

It's likely some stories were fabricated for attention not saying that's the case for all the exploding cigarettes cases.

I also saw a montage of pranks involving exploding cigarettes, which look like the normal Marbles brand. How in the world did these people in the video get them to explode?

I smoke. Meh

I started at 15 shortly after my dad passed away (Just realized that was 9 years ago... wow)

Always been a menthol smoker, not a fan of regulars except USA Gold.

Id quit in a heartbeat but I don't have the time/energy when there are so many other things going on. first time I quit I lasted 3 days. I spent most of those days either sleeping or being a grouchy asshole. As for Smoking PSA's, as Noir said they honestly make me smoke more because they stress me out (At least that's why it is for me, personally.)

it really just blows my mind how addicting this stuff really is, because I was vehemently against smoking, before I became a smoker. If I ever saw anyone I knew smoking I would chew them out for it. Now I realize I was an annoying little shit.

Not that being concerned is a bad thing, but jumping in a smokers space and giving them Hell for smoking really isn't the best route to go.

It's apparently been proven that smokers are just immune to anti-smoking ads. Like we just tune it completely out and just don't care. I heard this in my intro psych class.

It's gotten to the point that smokers will now look at those anti-smoking ads on cartons and think of them as trading cards.
"Ew, "Smoking causes lung cancer"? I already have that. Want to trade for your "Smokers die young"?
"Deal."

"What about CATmageddon?" CATmageddon meaning that your pet is twice as likely to get cancer if you're a smoker.

Doesn't really deter me from smoking. I don't smoke in the house.
