So in KHI the reports aren't secret but are in KH2. So in KHI did Xehanort right the reports because it says how he talked to mickey and things like that. But in KHII it says how xehanort wrote 1 to 8 and ansem the wise wrote only #0 (is there anywere to read that?) so did Xehanort write only 1 to 8 in KHI, or all of them, or none of them?

In KH1, Xehanort stole Ansem's name and wrote the Ansem Reports for that game.

In KH2, the Secret Ansem Reports are written by the real Ansem.

You just answered yourself but in the US version they renumbered them as stated here

1. The pages of the Ansem Report are numbered 0-12 in the Japanese versions of Kingdom Hearts and Kingdom Hearts II, and this numbering is preserved when they are mentioned in Kingdom Hearts II.

Ansem wrote the first Ansem Report and ALL of the Secret Ansem Reports. Xehanort wrote all of the Ansem Reports from number 2 onwards.

Xehanhort wrote under ATW's name for most of them. ATW wrote the first one and Xehanhort finished the rest.
#0 is really number one. It was counted as number 0 for some odd reason in the japanese verison.

I would say that it is counted as 0 because of one reason:

When Ansem wrote the reports, he knew that he was going to do more. However, when Xehanort stole them, he counted that report as 'Report'. When you don't number something, it counts as a '0'. Therefore, the original report is always '0'.

Xehanort wrote the reports in KH1.

Ansem the wise (Diz) wrote them in KH2.

Think they were different sets though.
