DiZ is not working for the Organization I think because he created it, he's the leader.
I think that he is the twilight version of Ansem because at the end of KH his heart was destroyed by the darkness in his heart, and the light of Kingdom Hearts. So Ansem came to be DiZ (DiZ was already there, but he wasn't doing anything). I think that he created the Organization so he could get his heart back and once again find the true paradise (it has been said several times in COM that the Organization was created to find out secrets of the heart). Also DiZ and Ansem have the same color skin and eyes. And Vexen said that "the Superior is Ansem and is not". I don't think DiZ is evil though, he seemed nice to Riku.
Also, about Ansem being in the Deep Dive/ASAS video, I think that he might be the guy on top of the building instead of Riku because it looked like he summoned the heartless, and Ansem has grey hair. That might not be true because the DWU tossed him a keyblade in the DD video.
What's the deal with the capital Z in his name?

Well you thought wrong. DiZ is not a Twilight version of Ansem. He isn't any version of Ansem. DiZ is Ansem's shell. DiZ is Ansem's body and soul therefore he is Ansem.

How could Darkness destroy darkness? Plus DiZ existed before the events of Kingdom Hearts. He existed before we leave Destiny Islands in the beginning. DiZ existed before Sora had his awakening.

This really does something (I forgot that expression XD) You are a dumb@ss. NOMURA CONFIRMED THAT ONE OF THE UNKNOWNS IN ASAS WAS RIKU. Now if you had common sense there were only 2...thats right 2 Unknowns shown in ASAS. They were the DWU and the BFU. Common sense states that is Riku. And when did Ansem have the power to make his hair WHITE/SILVER and change his SKIN COLOR?

These are just my theories, and they're all over the place. I thought that the blind-folded unknown would be Ansem because of the hair and maybe ansem was blinded by the light. But since you say Nomura said that Riku is in ASAS then I am wrong. Also if DiZ created the organization he doesn't work for it!
You could be a bit nicer to people. In alot of the threads you insult people and find the faults of their posts. Also, you can get kicked off for saying bad language.
