Ansem Report 0?

In on of the Secret Ansem Reports, Wise Ansem says that he had only written the first of the Ansem Reports, which was 0. If I'm mistaken, does it ever show up in any of the KH games?

It also shows on the secret trailer, starts with Ansem Report 0.

On the secret trailer and in KH: FINAL Mix, the count starts with 0 and goes to 12.

There are only twelve on the secret trailer....
i think it's just a stupid counting difference
