They removed all traces of "Holy" from the game. Minnie and Sora's co-op "Holy" was changed to "Faith", Mickey's attack "Holy" was changed to "Pearl" and the keychain the "Holy Pumpkin" was changed to the very lame sounding "Decisive Pumpkin."

was it really necessary to take out a word that been a spell name in almost every Final Fantasy?

Yup, Holy was a huge part of FFVII's story and was a skill in COM, but for some reason in KH2, i guess its too religious to be put in. puh-leez
