My second attempt at a sig XD
I know it isn't that good but C'n'C please all the same
I also couldn't come up with a little quote thing so if any one has anything better it would be appreciated

Text isn't always need.
It's an OK Sig but there isn't much to it. Add some more effects.

Bad stock positioning; you should place it somewhere in the middle.
Text is unnecessary, and distracting.
The effects are really plain and boring.

I suggest looking up some tutorials. It's the best thing for beginners.

Nix the text, move raichu more toward the middle, but not completely.
Then add some more of those elemental effects, or different light sources

it has potential, just with it's composition, really.
