Well, obviously he could just be insane. You always have to take that into account!!! But there is also the possibility that he could be a pedo or anything like that. Just take precautions. Make sure to stay in groups, keep a cell phone, and if he follows you again, then you can start to get worried. Just make sure to inform someone if he does.
