You cant say a theory is wrong. Theory is just a thought. You can say theorys arent true only when they lack substance(which happens about 60% of the tme, i know, i mess up alot).

... i think unbirths might be souls... like the three parts of a being: heart, body, and soul... they havent used that yet... just a thought...

There's a reason Souls haven't been used on their own yet and that's because when the Soul leaves the Body, the Body dies. Until they find a workaround, Souls remain attached to the Body, giving us Nobodies.

are Nobodies Body, Soul, and Mind? If not where does the mind come in?

The mind so far hasn't been addressed. I like to think that the "Heart" is actually the mind, seeing how in KH, it effectively fills that role - the part capable of emotions and Memories (they are mostly linked to the Heart, after all, until the Darkness cuts the Heart away from them when a Heartless is made) and the Identity in and of itself. Nobodies are defined as the strength of the Heart that left a strong enough of an impression on the Body and Soul it left, thus - should the Heart be strong enough - create beings capable of having a form of their own - in varying levels of similarity to their Somebody, depending on the strength of the Heart.

I'm pretty sure the unbirths have nothing to do with birth.
That's what a lot of people said.

That depends on how you define birth.
The Nobodies had Bodies, but very much stayed true to lacking an identity.
The Heartless were Hearts, but were very true to displaying no emotions nor mercy.
It all falls down on what they mean by 'birth' that they added the 'un' prefix to it, and that definition - we don't know yet.

Since they do exist, Then they had to have experienced birth. Everything in the world has experienced birth in one form or another. This goes especially for living things.

So Yeah birth does have alot to do with it, Jay.
