i had a question about it. When you recieve it after you go to TWTNW, is it randomly released, or is it availible on the list with the other drives? i was a little confused about this, please answer!

you have to drive into master form and it will automatically drive into final thats what i heard

Final form will be added to the list of drives after you attain it. you dont have to be in TWNW to get it either
