It's off Punk Goes Pop Vol. 2, a pretty good album in my opinion, the Toxic cover was one of my favorites, same with Escape the Fate's cover of Smooth and Attack Attack!'s cover on I Kissed A Girl.

I wasn't even aware the original MTV played music whatsoever.
I thought it was dominated by such classic shows as 'The Hills' or 'My Super Sweet 16' or everybodies favourite 'Daddy's Girl'
