Happiness
The guttural feeling
The good kind knot in your stomach
When around the common interest company

Happiness
A step up from gladness
The feeling of content
Is enough to express assent

Happiness
Rejoice
In the choice to poise
Kindness

Happiness
It's not a felling I take for granted
I value it
Because it keeps me going

I've definitely experienced happiness quite a bit in my life. But I've also learned sometimes it's good to roll with the punches of things being bad because, being happy all the time isn't exactly possible. And that you have to have both to balance both the good and the bad in life. One cannot exist without the other. Of course, I wouldn't take the things that make me happy for granted either, but I also think it's good to be reminded of the good in life when I'm feeling down.

I think there's a lot of ways to interpret this. Definitely liked this poem a lot. :)
