I found this scan on some blog, it looks like a square game and looks like something for DS, but I'm not sure, if anybody knows the name or can read a little but of japanese, it would be appreciated.

^ I just looked at the screens and the art style isn't the same, this is still probably a different game. Sigh, we'll just have to wait I guess.

Definitely not RIZ-ZOAWD, but as for what it is I can't say for certain.
I don't think it's a S-E game though.
