NOTE: This is based on complete theory.

Alright, at the end of KHII They speak of two things that caught my attention:

The Lost Two

The Chasers

Now, we also have a very interesting aspect that MyInnerFred brought to us not too long ago:

Three Symbols

I was trying to add Algebraic Letters together basically. Plenty of unknown quantities here.

Anyways, what if, the two, Heartless and Nobody, are "The Lost Two"? I mean, look at it like this:

In life, you have a neutral, an evil, and a good aspect. Heartless, would of course represent Evil, and Nobodies, Neutral.

Well then, that third symbol would represent Good.

Now, we factor this into our "equation"... The Chasers... Let's say, for a moment, that the Three Knights at the Crossroads, are indeed, The Chasers.

They are chasing the Two Lost Ones, of course, in this case, the Heartless and the Nobodies.

Now, these guys, are probably extremely powerful, considering that they represent Good (as in all stories). They have their own form of "minions". These minions, are represented by the Mind. This could be memory, psyche, for all we know common senses. They could be called the "Thoughtless" or "Forgotten".

Now, enough of that. These "Good Guys" say, they are a Secret Sect of Keybladers...Keybladers of Old, so to speak. They are knights as well, and look, to be about your average adult height (30 Year Olds or the like).. Well, Mickey is very old, as we know, and besides, he's a king, so this proves you do not have to be a kid to weild a keyblade.

Now these Knights, say they come, and they find that, the Heartless and Nobodies have been destroyed. Very well, the balance has been disturbed... That leaves one question....

...Who are they going to go after?

The ones who destroyed the balance! Sora and his gang.

Now, Xehanort, could have been the leader of the Heartless for all we know, the Keeper of the Evil Balance... he was somehow distorted, lost his memories, the knights could have been after him as well, but that isn't so much as part of this theory, just a side note.

Anyways, say the Organization, being Nobodies, were building an army (as was pointed out by MyInnerFred in another thread, but more so as a thought), they were building it, to go against the "Good Guys" (Knights). However, as we all know, they were destroyed. A war, inevitable, but never came...

Or has it?

It kind of makes you think. Sora and his gang, actually being "Bad Guys" in the next one, mistakenly, of course. They were only doing what they felt was right.

So, in that, there still could be, another Keyblade War. One between the Knights, and Sora & Company...

I will leave you to ponder this.

Good theory. You certainly backed it up well. Just one question on it. (I didn't see the other thread) Why are the Nobodies building an army?

Well, that much I can't quite figure out... mainly because it's open-ended. I mean, there could be several reasons for building the army.

Such as the one I posted... to fight the "Good Guys". -.-

There are other reasons I suppose though.

Makes perfect sense. Even those of evil need oreder [Even seekers of Chaos]. If a war is coming, and I'm involved. I'd build an army too. Wouldn't you?

XD! I love it when I help people. ^_^ That's probably one of the better theories I've ever read on the ending. As for the question about the army, I can anwser my logic behind that.

The Heartless, most of them, had a Seal on them (The Heartless Symbol) which was placed on all Heartless created by Xehanort. Now this also seems to work for the Nobodies. The Symbol that they have for them is the same Symbol for the Organization. So this could mean that (while they might not have created them) that the Nobody Symbol we see in the game is the same as the Seal made by Xehanort in the sense that the Nobodys are under the control of the Org.

Now that all seems to have nothing important but if you look at the symbols. It's not really symbols for the enemies you fight (the Heartless and Nobodies) the 3 symbols drawn by Roxas might actually be the Symbols of 3 great armies.

The Heartless Symbol is the Symbol for Xehanorts Heartless Army.
The Nobody Symbol is the Symbol for The Orgs Nobody Army.

So this would make the 3rd symbol some kind of Seal or Tag placed on another "manufactured" creature that is used to gain something.

The reason this kind of seems to fit in is the mention of Chasers. Chasers means people who forge metal (as well as the basic, People chasing something) which could hint towards the 3rd Army being creatures of metal? If the creatures are made of metal this could lead us to the understanding of how the Soul can become an enemy. Souls placed into created shells of metal.
