It's been going on for awhile but If you haven't heard about it let me tell you.
Trayvon Martin was a 17 year old African-American who was on his way out of a convenient store. A man who goes by the name of George Zimmerman shot down Martin outside of the convenient store. Zimmerman is a Male of Hispanic Decent. Zimmerman is the head of the neighborhood watch and states that fired in self defense. Martin was wearing a hoodie with the hood over his head. It was raining outside thus caused Martin to cover his head. Martin walked out of the store with a Arizona Iced Tea and a bag of Skittles. Zimmerman misinterpreted the situation and believed that Martin had robbed the place.
Zimmerman had given his statement to police originally. The Police never filled or pressed Charges against Zimmerman until it became National News.
Is this a battle of Race or Self Defense? Bill Cosby believes that this was not over race but over guns. Guns bring so much pain tot he world. Previously Cosby’s son was shot in the head and killed.
