Exactly, the main problem is that they're both reliable sources, and neither one can just be blown off as faking it, or having false information

One is the official guide, showing one symbol, and one is the game itself, showing a completely different symbol. And both happen to be in the same spot on this trinity of sorts.

Personally, I find that the crown-ish thing would be better. The spikey circle is too much like the Heartless symbol, and I don't think it would look on a creature, if this is indeed a new enemy.

It wasn't on the Organization Member Nobodies but it is infact on the nobody creatures themselves. Unless they are like the created heartless

The key is those without a heart, the "Heartless".

Where did they come from, and where are they going?

The three elements that compose life...the heart, the soul, the body.
When life loses the heart, what happens to the leftover soul and body?

When the soul leaves the body, which it lives in as a vessel, life dies.
But if the heart is removed, what happens?

Even if the heart is separated from the body, life is not destroyed.
The heart simply disappears into the darkness.

I just thought I should put these up, just so people can compair and contrast. All of them are located within the Ultimania Guide, especially the crown. Now... Could the ribbon actually be covering up the crown in the picture of the Symbols behind the nobodies?? It is unlikely but possible.

I dont think it could be a crown. If it was a crown there would be an inbalance in the trinity. Heartless makes one part. Nobody the other. And the third has to be a new enemy.

the Heartless symbol, the Nobody symbol and the crown? hmmm...makes sense. Darkness, twilight and Light respectively. but then again...
a.)riku's twilight keyblade uses the heartless symbol
b.)sora's oblivion keyblade uses the crown symbol, and it's a dark keyblade.

For now, I agree with theMuffinman. It's too rounded to be Sora's crown. notice how it takes the shape of the circular frame. it can't be the shuriken thingie either. Although it would explain the Nobody symbol wich is a fusion of both symbols. (it's an upside down heart with cross ends.)

Also, I could hjave sworn I saw the shuriken thingie on one of the white creatures. Plus, it's Roxas' necklace...or zipper.

Ultimania's symbol is more or less the x-men symbol. but that's just a coincidence. What is notable is the use of black and red inverted from the Heartless symbol. Also, the cross in the middle must bear some relevance as it parrallels the Heartless symbol's

Don't be so quick to dismiss an image...



When the final product is drawn, it seems more like a crown then a circle (Hence the crappy diagram in the bottem-right).

But in the actual clear, not glowing picture, what you can see is CLEARLY rounded, do you not agree?

My Paint abilities are not the l33tes (And by 'not l33t', I mean non existant, but in a few minute's I'll post my not-so-fancy rendision of what i beleive the symbol looks like

It needs to be pointier, but this is an overall picture of what I beleive it to be

Hence my point of it looking nothing like the crown. There are also no points on the arrows like the crown.
